聖馬西亞爾公寓酒店(Apartamentos San Marcial)

Lovely well equipped arrartments very comfortable, with great facilities on site serving great bar food including breakfast. Also supermarket on site with anything and everything you need. Close to the beach and airport would definitely stay again.

Huoneisto oli 3- 4: lle, mutta joutui maksamaan lisämaksua sohvalla nukkumisesta. Varauksessa luki kolmelle! Muuten huone ok. Kiva parveke, keittiö välineineen myös. Allas- alue viihtyisä, mutta aukeaa myöhään (klo 10) ja menee kiinni liian aikaisin ( klo 18). Monena päivänä ei ennättänyt uida ollenkaan. Samoin siivous vain kerran viikon aikana, on liian harvoin, 4. päivä. Lyhyt matka rannalle. Kauppa samassa rakennuksessa hyvä asia. Ruokaa sai allas- baarista, mutta aukesi vasta 8.30, liian myöhään aamiaiselle. Pyykinpesu- mahdollisuus hyvä ja kirjojen lainaus. Pihalla portti menee kiinni liian aikaisin (klo 16) ja viikonloppuna kiinni kokonaan, eikä ole avainta asukkailla. Osoite myös hankala löytää ensimmäistä kertaa tullessa, bussi ei tiennyt hotellia.

Los apartamentos están bien, antiguos pero el baño y las camas nuevas. Le haría falta un repaso a la pintura ( zonas con desconchones) y la cocina tenía lo superbásico ( no hay cafetera, lo dije y me miraron como si pudiera algo raro y me ofrecieron buscar una eléctrica se goteo pero con pocas ganas la verdad..., así que si no vas a comer ni desayunar está bien, puedes hacerlo en el restaurante de las instalaciones aunque es carillo.... La piscina y todo lo demás estupendo

Alojamiento perfecto para recorrer Lanzarote. Buena ubicación, al lado del aeropuerto. Está muy limpio. Y aunque llegues tarde, fuera del horario de recepción, te facilitan indicaciones para poder acceder sin problemas. La única pega es que hemos estado en un fin de semana bastante más frío de lo habitual y no tienen ni un radiador o calefactor..., pero es algo normal porque no suele hacer las temperaturas que hemos tenido.

La ubicación muy buena, cálidad precio muy bien. El recibimiento muy agradable por parte de la recepcionista.

Basic but clean apartments spacious but in need of a bit of TLC we were in an apartment with balcony 144 .staff were friendly and helpful.they are cleaned twice a week if you need toilet paper bin bags or towels changing just go to reception and they will happily help you.the bar is open from 8.30 till midnight prices not to bad on par with the rest of the resort.pool is open 10 till 6pm.a taxi to puerto del Carmen is 6 euros.there is a shopping centre a ten minute walk away.but matagorda is a quiet resort.the hidden gem bar is a 5 minute walk away and do lovely meals it is only open until 6 pm and on Thursday they play bingo but you have to book.its a 5 minute walk to the sea front.there is a little noise from planes because its near the airport.but that didn't bother us.it is next to the beatriz player &spa hotel just turn left by there and you'll get to the bottom of the airport runway and watch all the planes coming in.there is a supermarket at the side of the apartments just walk up some steps near the swimming pool. but I don't think it is suitable for people with mobility problems there is a ramp but it's seemed a little steep.i would return but the resort was a little to quiet for us tipsy bar has quiz and bingo.The tui rep was helpful and there 5 times a week if I went again I would ask for a downstairs Apartment with a terrace. Where our apartment was there was a sun terrace and the pool was on the other side near the bar.i did have a relaxing holiday and would return

Two weeks of bliss spent at these apartments. Peaceful and blessed with such pleasant,happy staff and surroundings. We were fortunate to have good neighbours. Everything you need is here. Sadly some guests feel the need to book sunbeds especially one couple in 164 who kept two hidden at the side of apartment then put towels on another two and then went to the pool. Thankfully a one off. Looking forward to be returning. Many thanks to all the staff and a special shout to Sandra 2

4th stay here at San marcial and once again we loved it . All the staff are friendly and helpful. Cleaners and maintenance guys are always on the go . The life guard at the pool always has a smile on his face and is helpful making sure everyone is comfortable. Reception staff is always Very welcoming.and The bar staff are very friendly and hardworking.. see you in October.

Yes the rooms could benefit from a bit of an update but for location and price plus pleasant staff, these apartments take some beating, beds were really comfortable , 10 minute transfer from airport , bar and snack bar+ 7 minute walk to central shopping area with plenty of restaurants, easy access
