羅薩里奧JM普特酒店(JM Puerto Rosario)

Je suis plus que satisfait de cet établissement. J’y ai dormi 2 nuits, le personnel était très accueillant et facilitant. Les chambres sont propres, et l’établissement est à seulement 5 minutes de l’aéroport. N’hésitez pas !

Tenía una reserva del 20 al 22 de enero y no pude asistir porque ingresaron a mi madre, mande el informe médico. Mis amigas si pudieron ir, me prometieron hacerme un bono para poder usarlo cuando quisiese y tras varias llamadas poniéndome excusas y diciéndome mandara email a un lado a y otro “tomándome el pelo” para ser más claros… No me han hecho bono ninguno, y me han tratado fatal tomándome el pelo y riéndose de mí como cliente. No recomiendo para nada este hotel. Tratan así de mal a un cliente que ha pasado una estancia…y ademas mis amigas allí intentaron defenderme y me dice el recepcionista en una de las tantas llamadas que la directora no quería hacerme el bono por mis amigas tener un mal comportamiento… Con lo cual, me siento aún más engañada ya que en las primeras llamadas y contactos me decían en todo momento que si, que me lo tenía q hacer la directora, que llamará el lunes, que mandata email… Tomándome el pelo, para finalmente decirme que no me lo iban a hacer por represalias. mis compañeras todas solo intentaron defender mi situación y la directora tuvo una muy mala actitud con ellas… Mal servicio, mal personal y MAL TRATO AL CLIENTE. No aceptemos este mal trato!!!!! NO RECOMIENDO!!!!

Ultimamente quando vado a Puerto Del Rosario mi fermo in questo hotel. L'unica cosa negativa che posso dire, il bar per le colazioni, non e il massimo, possono migliorare. hotel super pulito, una bella vista sul porto.

This hotel is in an ideal location for exploring Puerto del Rosario, with everything of interest in the FTV capital within a short walking distance. For anyone using the airport bus [No 3 or 16], the best stop to alight for the hotel is next to the Red Cross Station. The hotel is a 5 minute stroll in the direction of the port/sea. The hotel itself is basic, clean and comfortable. There is no food offering, but there are a variety of places to eat/drink nearby. The check-in process was efficient and swift, handled by a welcoming and very friendly [English-speaking] receptionist. The balcony room on the 6th floor afforded lovely views over the harbour and was clean and comfortable, with hot/cold A/C. The bathroom was also clean, with a bath and shower over with plentiful hot water and clean towels changed daily. There was a small wall-mounted TV in the room, with only Spanish-speaking channels. There was no room safe and no kettle etc. Given the location and price-point of this hotel, it makes an ideal choice for a [short] visit to Puerto del Rosario.

I went to Fuerteventura to celebrate New Year's Eve. After check-in at approx. At 5 p.m. it turned out that the toilet in the room assigned to me was not working - after flushing, the water stopped flowing only after about 20 minutes. Not dripping, but flowing powerfully. I informed the person at the reception about this and was given another room. The first thing I did was check the toilet. The situation repeated itself, except that this time the water did not stop flowing! The bathroom was flooded (water was pouring in this room until I left the next day, and could be heard in the corridor). The terrible condition of the bathroom and the owner's failure to show up (according to the receptionist, he was supposed to come to meet me) to repair it or to propose any solution meant that I spent the evening waiting in vain for him until 10 p.m. My entire stay and New Year's Eve was ruined, and as a woman traveling alone, I didn't even have basic sanitary facilities. I have never had a worse situation anywhere, never, even in any hostel, and here I paid 100 euros for one night! To make things more fun, the hotel increased the price of this room due to the low availability on New Year's Eve, even though they knew the room was unsuitable for use!!! I was not offered anything in return (not even a glass of champagne at midnight!!!) neither then nor after the fact. The staff were unhelpful and strange to say the least. When I read that everyone on Fuerteventura saves water, this situation is even more shocking to me and should be reported to the appropriate institutions on the island.

Excellent hotel, good value, lovely location and views from bedroom of sea and port. We really enjoyed Puerto Rosario town - lovely walk and cycle along seafront. Cafe below hotel was fantastic for breakfast and all hotel and cafe staff were really kind and helpful. Thank you

I was travelling last minute and alone, as my mother had broken her hip while on holiday, and I was required to chaperone her... I arrived on the island in distress, with no accommodation, and my Spanish was limited to please and thank you. The hotel was recommended by the hospital staff... And it did not disappoint... I was welcomed by Jose and Anna, who looked after me as though I was a long standing guest/friend. They adapted my booking as my mom's condition progressed. They along with the other staff offered advice on local places to eat and drink, booked taxi's whenever needed. And asked about my mom on a daily basis.. As a female travelling alone, they made me feel welcome and safe....they are a credit/asset to the hotel. The rooms are very spacious, very clean, and housekeeping are very good and very considerate. Shampoo, shower gel, towels hair dryer are all provide. As is a bottle of water per person. It is located 10 mins to the shops, 5 mins from the beach, 25 mins from the national/general hospital. 5 mins for clinical parque.

Excellent service at lunch today. Waiters were extremely helpful & friendly… couldn’t have been any kinder. Lunch great value & beautifully cooked. Will return as soon as possible, as the staff made lunch such an enjoyable experience.
