Pretty disappointed. Kinda run down. For the price - the service even in the Excellence Club was lacking. Any bar outside of the club bar are just thoughtless slinging drinks - anything specific throws them off. EC bar is exceptional as is the restaurant. It was the saving grace of the trip. Def was the only solo traveler there. Wouldn’t say it’s the best for that. Just shocked cuz Beloved is so classy and everyone knows your name. Would not return. Not to diminish other’s tastes but this is a pina colada only resort. And almost everyone brought their own cups to have them fill larger cups than the resorts super cheap plastic cups. $600 a night for one person - expected a lot more.

I booked a 3-night stay at Excellence Riviera Cancun in November 2023 to celebrate my husband's birthday and our wedding anniversary, and we had a really incredible time here! The check-in staff, Armando, was friendly and made us feel very welcome right away. Our bellhop, Javier, was kind enough to give us a nice tour of the resort and explain the in-room amenities. The resort is beautiful, and the rooms are luxurious. There are many pools and jacuzzis around the resort, including a lazy river you can float around. The beach is absolutely gorgeous, and both the pool and beach have many cabanas and loungers. There is a really good variety of restaurants to choose from, and the food is great! We especially enjoyed the steak at The Grill, the fish at The Lobster House, the French cuisine at Chez Isabel, the omelettes at the breakfast buffet, and the lattes and pastries at Aroma. The cocktails at the bars were so good! All of the staff members we met were friendly and helpful. A special shout-out to Domingo at Basmati, Edwin at The Grill, Alberto at Kitchen Table, and Amir at Chez Isabel for going above and beyond to make sure we had a great dinner experience every night, and to Marino at the theatre for bringing us the best drinks! The entertainment team works hard throughout the day to make sure that all the guests are having a great time. The night shows at the theatre were wonderful, with lively dance and music shows, and a fun silent disco. We can't wait to be back soon!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Excellence Riviera Cancun - Adults Only All Inclusive, and I must say it was one of the most exceptional hotels I have ever experienced! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the impeccable cleanliness and the strong emphasis on safety throughout the entire property. The staff members were truly outstanding, going above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my stay was perfect. Their attentiveness and professionalism made me feel valued and well-cared for. The culinary experience at the hotel was nothing short of extraordinary. The food was absolutely delicious, leaving me craving more with every meal. The variety and quality of the dining options were truly impressive, and I found myself indulging in culinary delights that were truly to die for. Based on my incredible experience, I can confidently say that I will be returning to the Excellence Riviera Cancun again and again in the future. This hotel has earned a permanent place in my travel plans. I wholeheartedly give it a perfect rating of 5 out of 5.

Un tout compris vraiment tout compris où l’alcool n’est pas dilué, où les 10 restos sont sans réservation. Le personnel fait tout pour vous épater, ce qui est rare de nos jours. Un excellent rapport qualité prix où les adultes savent se tenir!

Me encanto el concepto de este hotel, muy tranquilo pero a la vez con muchas actividades recreativas, buenos restaurantes y un servicio especial, con seguridad lo recomiendo a mi familia y amigo y quiero regresar

We stayed for a week for our honeymoon. We would recommend it to anyone. Property is gorgeous. There are enough pools and restaurants that nothing seems to busy. The restaurants are amazing, and the drinks are endless. Will definitely be back!
