NO BEACH!!! THIS PROPERTY HAS NO BEACH. Pictures about beach are FAKE. If you want to go for a swim in caribbean this is NOT the property to visit. If you want to be eaten by mosquitos in the jungle this is it. The hotel is clean and new. Entire staff is extorting tips, i go to mexico 3 times a year, I never experience so much extortion. At the lobby the staff is incompitent and extort $100 right away or you get a crappy room, and you do end up getting a crappy room if you don't pay up $100. At the restaurants servers are making you decide who will serve you so they are the ones to get the tips. Overall not a comfortable stay at all ,if you want a beach this is not it, there is a swamp next to the hotel and mosquitos, unless you want to spend all day at the pool there is no point going here.

PRIMERA IMPRESION MALA FUE POR PARTE DEL PERSONAL DEL PRIMER FILTRO DE SEGURIDAD, ME PIDIO MI RESERVACION IMPRESA, A LO CUAL LE RESPONDI QUE NO LA TENIA QUE SI PODRIA LLAMAR AL HOTEL PARA QUE ME DIERAN SOLUCION Y ME RESPONDIO DE UNA MANERA GROSERA Y NO QUERIA LLAMAR A RECEPCION HASTA QUE NO TUVO OTRA OPCION Y LLAMO, PERSONAL DEL BUFFET POR LA MAÑANA MUY ATENTOS, LO DEMAS UN SERVICIO NORMAL CON POCA VARIEDAD DE ALIMENTOS Y BEBIDAS

Segunda vez en el Hotel, convencí y lleve 5 familias (22 personas) conmigo y ni siquiera un UPGRADE de habitación o una cortesía para conmigo aún diciéndoles..! La comida extremadamente pobre en cada restaurante, parecía temporada baja de clientes donde solo ponen tres platos. Pagamos bien caro por habitación con piscina y a las 9 nos estaban botando de la piscina k pagamos bien cara…inaceptable, debería de reclamar el refund.! Jamás, jamás volvería Cuál de los tres Cid está tan malo como el otro..! La primera vez fue magnífico, ahora un desastre …. Las bebidas bien baratas para el precio k pagamos por el paquete ..!! Es una lástima k sea un hotel tan lindo… Eso pasa cuando los dueños solo quieren ocupación y solo ocupación sin importar la calidad del servicio

Las instalaciones se encuentran muy bien, falta darle platicas a las personas que manejan los carritos para que traten mejor al turismo, tambien se ha visuilizado que te atienden siempre y cuando dejes propinas y en caso contrario te ignoran tanto en los restaurant como en los bares como que su mayor atencion son las propinas y antes de la pandemia eran mas serviciales y amables

Private room pool can’t be use by 9:pm, and too expensive for nothing, the outdoor light in my private pool was Brocken and they never fix it. the buffets too poor, not variety of food and not enough for too many people. All restaurant with previous reservación and everything sold out. No food in the swing pool areas and not even food for kids, I not recommend this hotel. Ventus at marina just have one restaurant to go to another you have to take a golf car. You have to pay for internet and really expensive, $60 dollar for the hole stay.

Excelente servicio en todas las áreas, me gustaría repetir, todo lo contrario del servicio de la transportación salí del aeropuerto 1.30 y llegue al hotel 3.30 , un recorrido de 30 minutos, tuve que esperar a que llegara el auto , era compartido y después se demoro más de una hora en llegar al hotel , se equivocó dos veces en encontrar el hotel donde se que daban los primeros pasajeros

Fue una experiencia muy buena!! Es primera vez que las fotos no se ven igual al hotel pero para POSITIVÓ!! Demasiado bonito el hotel, la cena en el restaurante italiano con Paco! Bien recomendado!!

Excelentes instalaciones y comida y bebida de muy buena calidad no como en otros resort que te dan puros tragos desconocidos muy recomendable todo!!

Le Ventus Ha est récent et le site est exceptionnel. Piscine, chambre, jardins et restaurent magnifique. Service agréable. Les restaurants doivent être réservés à l’avance souvent peu d’option d’heure. La plage est très décevante. Impossible d’une prendre de longues marches et les algues étaient présentes lors de notre séjour, aucune baignade. Sinon vacances merveilleuses. P.s. éviter de vous faire prendre pour un meeting sur leur membership!!
