Nous nous y sommes arrêté en arrivant au Mexique, cela permet de quitter Cancun et de couper la route pour rejoindre Tutlum. Les points positifs : Alors que dire, l'emplacement est topissime car à quelques mètres de la plage et idem du centre et centre commerciale. Belle terrasse qui permet quand on en a marre de manger des tacos d'aller chercher des salades au supermarché qui se situe à 100m Beau rooftop avec hamac a dispo Bon rapport qualité prix, si vous passer en direct, j'avais commencé par booking et j'étais aux alentours de 130€ la nuit et la clairement ca ne les vaut pas, en direct, 70€ Point négatif : Pas de petit déjeuner Literie catastrophique, un côté dur comme du béton et l'autre il y avait un trou La patronne qui se prend des cuites et tombes dans les escaliers ... Les habitués qui se cuite les soirs et du coup c'est très bruyant Pas de parking, il y a 4 places, mais principalement pour les proprio En gros peut convenir pour 1 ou 2 nuits mais si vous restez plus longtemps sur place je pense qu'il y a mieux.

Cama muy incomoda, mucho calor en la habitacion, tuvimos incomodo descanso

Fully equipped room one block from the beach. No front desk to speak of but clean and basic.

You need to go outside for wifi, very very limited inside, absolutely no wifi in bedroom. No hot water! Toilets backup on regular basis (this was information from several guests). There was lots of noise from street traffic. We left a 7 day booking after 3 days. No refund, no compensation! I would never recommend to any friend!

We adored Puerto Morellos. Fabulous beach and lots of great beach restaurants. Quiet town with lots of restaurants and live music. The property was cute and the staff very responsive and nice. Our only complaint was the sewer system which was emitting odour in our suite by the end of our stay.

This is a mixed review. The things I liked were - Close to the pier, beach & square & very walkable distance to cafes & restaurants. The things that I’m indifferent about but are still good to know - This is an older building with basic accommodation. It’s like a hostel style accommodation in the sense that there are no amenities apart from hand soap & toilet paper & there are no daily room services, which is totally fine. All rooms are private though with a private bathroom & kitchenette with refrigerator. I stayed 6 nights & I would have expected a change of the bins & towels around night 3, but I also didn’t ask for them to be changed so not entirely the fault of the hosts. Things that could be improved - Cleanliness - The floors had clearly not been cleaned well, if at all, as there was grit on the floor as well as hair that was definitely not from me (I have extremely short hair & there were many long hairs on the floor & in the bathroom drain). The kitchenette could use a good wipe over (cupboard doors & microwave) & there was no dishwashing liquid or to wash up or kitchen towel to dry up. The shower curtain could definitely do with replacing as it had mould stains on it & while the bed was comfy enough, the sheets were pretty thin & there was no mattress protection under the sheet. All of these things are an easy fix with a little more effort. I don’t mind that a place is older or basic, as long as it’s clean.

Room was fine. Hot water sporadic and water pressure low.
