Location close to Baywalk, to airport to tricycle about 10 munutes, hotel and in- and exterior is aged, muddy smell in room, in morning 5:00 AM the diesel electric generator starts and makes loud noises, breakfast nice food and located on third floor with nice view

The place is beautiful and rustic. It might look a little bit outdated but staff is very kind and helpful.

Pour une, voire deux nuits, ça passe. Confort un peu spartiate et salle de bain des années 70, mais il y a de l’eau chaude, le lit est assez confortable et le petit dej (un peu frugal mais bon…) est sympa à prendre sur le roof top. L’accueil est agréable et le personnel souriant et serviable. Il est également bien situé et pas cher (40€ la nuit)

Struttura molto trasandata e vecchia … la prima camera assegnata era al piano terra ma l’umidità era talmente alta che le lenzuola del letto erano bagnate e grosse macchie di muffa alle pareti di bambù , ci hanno gentilmente spostato al piano superiore ma è cambiato di poco la camera e’ senza finestre e risulta maleodorante e umida nonostante l’aria condizionata accesa tutto il giorno . Il water non funzionava e neanche l’acqua calda della doccia . Pieno di zanzare ovunque sicuramente a causa del giardino ma senza trattamenti è impossibile stare fuori Colazione scarsa e mal fatta Sconsigliata assolutamente Mi spiace perché la gentilezza del personale è davvero piacevole

Luogo da incubo, siamo andati via dopo dieci minuti senza soggiornare, non ci hanno rimborsato. Struttura sporchissima, fatiscente, puzzolente di umidità e muffa (pericolosa per la salute). Le lenzuola erano bagnate, il bagno orribile, l'impianto elettrico pericoloso, il frigorifero pieno di residui di cibo maleodoranti, la porta non si chiudeva. Nella camera svolazzavano insetti (zanzare e falene) e nelle pareti di legno si sentiva scricchiolare, quindi probabile ci fossero anche animali. Abbiamo chiesto un rimborso ma non ci è stato accolto e siamo scappati via in cerca di condizioni più tollerabili. Le foto parlano da sole, le inserisco nella recensione.

Nous avons été très bien accueilli dans une chambre mignonne et traditionnelle. Le personnel est d’une gentillesse indescriptible, ils font tout pour être arrangeant. L’endroit est vraiment jolie, tout en bois et bambou, avec un beau jardin et tout le confort nécessaire. Le service est bien au delà du prix pour des touristes. Je recommande fortement. À noté que l’hôtel est à côté du port où les locaux vont manger le soir, c’est animé sans être touristique. Super expérience !

A wonderful experience. Clean, quiet, with pleasant and helpful staff! A short walk from the waterfront. Plenty of restaurants close by… especially along the Baywalk. Would I stay here again? Most definitely!

The hotel has a really good and chill vibes, very relaxing. The room is spacious for 2 persons and has a good AC. Walking distance to the baywalk and has many restaurants near the place with just 1 jeep or tricycle away. The accommodation includes a free breakfast, but they only serve continental breakfast, though they also serve “silog” meals with additional payment. There’s also a mini bar at the ground floor, but they only have “red horse stallion, san mig light & pilsen”. The staff’s are very accommodating as well and informative. The only downside for me is that they do not have toothbrush & toothpaste (the 1 basic toiletries they should have) good thing, I always bring my own. But overall, it was a really good stay and so relaxing.

What a wonderful place to stay! Wish I had longer but needed to travel. Everything about this gorgeous place is perfect. Close to cool places to eat, bar on site! Staff really helpful and communication with them was excellent. I’m coming back soon for sure!

Had to write this review just for the receptionist on duty yesterday 11/28. She was warm and accommodating to all my questions. I was able to borrow a universal adapter for free-no early check in option but we were offered temp storage... The room we had though had no blinds - I needed to sleep that afternoon and it was a bit of a challenge. Drinks and snacks are limited but public market and SM are accessible through public transpo at 15 pesos per ride. They can arrange for a taxi to the airport and the free breakfast is decent. Wifi at least on our room worked well as I finished a 9-hour night shift without any problem. They can arrange tours but for a day stay, there are no activity area available. We had our money's worth and really the service made it for me.
