Отель удобно расположен и вокруг много всяких кафешек и магазинчиков куда сходить . Территория отеля закрытая и это добавляет спокойствия .

it’s by no means a 4 star hotel or Hardly a three star .the hall way to the room had old carpets, small not so clean washroom with very poor quality of amenities. towels were so old type . breakfast was very ordinary. there are so many better place than this one . Total waste of money for value

Food & drink: We received a welcome drink on arrival, which was nice. They were offering pre-chosen breakfasts rather than a buffet. In general, I like that style. We tried the Filipino breakfast but the fish was a bit salty for us. It probably would have been more sensible for us to take the western option. Room: We had some trouble in the room at first as the water seemed to be switched off. We had to ask for someone to come up twice to get it running, but it did then work normally. The beds were comfortable and the AC worked well. There was a dead bug on the window ledge. In hot countries, some of that is to be expected but it wasn't ideal. Service: The service at the hotel was excellent. The staff were very happy to help arrange for us to join a group tour of Honda Bay, which was great. They also helped us to arrange transfer to our next stop.

My family and I stayed at hotel Cerntro for 2 nights, when we arrived, we were approached by a receptionist that did not look professional at all, they had a red polo and jeans on, which may sound picky but I would expect some kind of uniform. We were walk in guests so we asked for a room with a double bed and an extra bed, which the receptionist assured us we would get, after a few minutes we got the information that there were no normal rooms left and offered us a free upgrade, for a suit which we accepted. Until now everything was okay, we even got some kind of welcome drink. After we got our keycards, we went up to our room and there it was a "suit" hahaha, well when you enter the room there were two couches that had stains that must have accumulated over a lot of years... god I really don't want to know what these stains were. Even the table had some kind of seeds from an orange that the last guest must have eaten... then there were the two beds, the bedsheets had holes in them and were dirty, the floor is made of tiles and you could see every mark on it. Then the bathroom... it was stinky and dirty at least they had amenities like toothbrushes, shampoo... but they did not have a glass were you could put your toothbrushes in which means that you had to put ur toothbrush away after every usage. The telephone in our room also did not work and the air conditioning could not swing so the cold air blasted on to us. Sadly, that is not all, in the morning we went and wanted to get some breakfast but, there was no coffee cups and no bread we asked the only employee there if we could get some bread and cups and after a while, we got them. I wanted to toast my bread so a put them in and my bread came out black, I could not change the degree of the toaster. The rest of the "buffet" was very simple, and the only employee was busy running around and trying to help the guests, which meant that they could not clean the tables, there even was one table where water was dripping from the ceiling... I hope this review helps, there are far more better hotels in puerto princesa.

Property shows a lot of wear and tear and is poorly maintained. The hotel is not as pictured on its website. The bed sheets were stained and pillow cases had holes. The towels were thin and stained. Room curtains were old and dirty. The toilet backed up. Shower floor had water stains. The room felt dirty. The pool is in poor condition with peeling paint. The pool lounge chairs were filthy. The hotel did not respond to the emails requesting airport pick up. We called to request airport pick up the day before arrival but no one showed up at the airport. We had to call again and wait. Eventually a cab showed up because the hotel shuttle driver had the day off. We left the second day once we got a new hotel. Hotel Centro declined to refund the unused nights.

Hotel centrale a Puerto Princesa , buon rapporto qualità prezzo , lo consiglio ..comode e pulite le stanze così come la navetta aereo portuale inclusa nel prezzo ..personale gentile e attivo , su richiesta ti permette di prenotare escursioni e gite nelle vicinanze . Rene’ è stato competente e super gentile , ci ha permesso altresì di lasciare la stanza in ritardo in corrispondenza del nostro aereo di ritorno ..ps unica pecca al momento il ristorante che aveva solo cucina filippina nel Menù , ma sembrerebbe che miglioreranno
