索爾阿馬多雷斯公寓式酒店的評價

Todo perfecto me encantó todo !! Si tuviese que decir algo malo sería las tumbonas de la terraza el forro estaba sucio y desgastado. Por todo lo demás genial para repetir 🤗

Semaine très décevante nous devions avoir un jacuzzi comme indiqué sur la réservation mais a l arrivée on nous a dit que l on avait une réservation avec un.appartement standard seul point positif la réceptionniste ISABELLE appartement quelconque et piscine vieillissante

Lamentablemente, nuestra experiencia fue muy decepcionante. El hotel ofertaba aire acondicionado, pero al llegar descubrimos que ninguno de los dos aparatos funcionaba, lo cual es inaceptable en pleno verano. Al día siguiente, vinieron los técnicos a repararlos y entraron en el apartamento sin avisar, mientras nosotros estábamos dentro, ocupados en la terraza. Nos percatamos porque empezamos a oír ruido en el interior. Esto supuso una falta total de privacidad y respeto. Además, el personal de limpieza también entró sin permiso en la habitación, sin cartel ni autorización, vulnerando nuestra privacidad por segunda vez. Para empeorar la situación, había cristales rotos en el suelo de la terraza (donde se encuentra el jacuzzi), una parte del plato de ducha estaba roto, y encontramos un mechón de extensiones de pelo en el sofá, reflejando una grave falta de limpieza y mantenimiento. Lo peor fue que, tras informar al director, nos comunicó que no harían nada al respecto, algo totalmente inaceptable. Una estancia que debía ser de descanso se convirtió en una experiencia llena de problemas y molestias. No volveremos y no lo recomendamos.

Très très belle surprise ! Le rapport qualité -prix est imbattable. Tout d'abord un accueil chaleureux d'une dame à l"accueil qui parle français et aime la culture française, elle nous a tout expliqué et reçu admirablement. L'appartement était génial, grand salon avec cuisine équipée, chambre confortable, superbe terrasse avec vue mer et même une seconde petite terrasse plus intime. Les infrastructures de l’hôtel sont fabuleuses, il y a une épicerie à l'accueil, la piscine est chauffée et on peut se prélasser sur les transats en plein soleil, un pool-bar offre boissons et une belle carte de snacking, en plus c'est bon et la jeune fille est adorable. Vous trouverez aussi une salle de sport pour les amateurs. En résumé, un bel établissement bien tenu avec passion, ça se sent. Par contre je vous conseille impérativement une voiture car l’hôtel est tout en haut de la colline surplombant Amadores.

Residence molto bello, posizione eccellente fuori dalla ressa ma ottimo per girare le spiagge e l'isola (però devi avere l'auto), appartamento (trilocale) grande, pulito, letti comodi, bagno grande, cucina non attrezzata (3 pentole), terrazzo grande e arredato. Pulizia tutti i giorni tranne mercoledì e domenica. Staff professionale e gentilissimo.

En general no deberíamos quejarnos de la estancia ya que el objetivo era descansar y el alojamiento así lo permite. No todo es bueno y quizás habría que hacer mención especial a la persona que nos recibió en Recepción a la que solicitamos que se identificara y no lo hizo. Creemos que hay ciertos aspectos que no se pueden tolerar y que tras una advertencia sobre la poca información que se nos había hecho llegar respecto al depósito, no se puede tolerar que te contesten que "¡Siempre hay una primera vez para todo¡" y "¡Si no quiere pagar el Depósito, anulamos la Reserva y se pueden marchar!". Además al preguntar por el Jefe de Recepción o el Director, comenta que él no está en disposición de decirnos quién es. La formación contínua para los empleados es fundamental y algún repaso al apartado de Atención al Cliente no hubiera estado mal. La ubicación un poco lejos de la playa y no se perdona no tener TV en la habitación, por lo demás bastante bien.

這篇評論僅基於這樣一個事實：旅行前 6 天，假日俱樂部決定更改我所住的度假村。我被轉移到一個我不會預訂的度假村，房間潮濕且從未見過陽光，房間有一個滑動露台門作為唯一的出入口，幾乎直接通向街道，說這是一個安全問題，這還不夠。對於其他考慮住在這裡的人來說，這確實是一個警告，你可以預訂這家酒店，但絕對不能保證你會住在這裡，這似乎是這家公司的常見現象，你絕對不會在這麼短的時間內回來。他們覺得這是完全可以接受的行為。就我個人而言，我永遠不會再預訂他們的任何度假村。

無事可做，沒有任何娛樂。泳池酒吧是唯一的酒吧，下午 6 點關門。如果您想遠離所有人和所有事，這裡是不錯的選擇。對於這麼多人來說，沒有足夠的日光浴床。從度假村步行到海灘再回來需要很長一段路。阿馬多雷斯晚上沒有太多事情可做，所以您需要一輛車或出租車。公寓設施齊全，非常漂亮。泳池和日光浴床可以用噴射沖洗！

Small hotel with 38 apartments. We stayed in room 202. This didn't have a jacuzzi on the balcony but we weren't bothered. Room was huge with 2 separate balconies, one for the clothes airer and the other which had the table and loungers on. Lovely view out towards Amadores beach. Rooms were cleaned daily and fresh towels left. Kitchen had everything you needed to cook and even had a dishwasher. Pool area was small but never too overcrowded. Pool bar had great food, snacks and drinks and all reasonably priced. Reception team were lovely too and would ring the taxi company to get you where you needed to go. Direct access to a pathway leading you down to the main road approaching Amadores beach but would be difficult to climb back up if you had mobility issues. Taxi never cost more than €6 I think. We've been to Gran Canaria many times and would definitely return to this hotel in the future. It really is a little gem!

This place is amazing. A total hidden gem. The place is spotless through out. The staff are very friendly. The pool area is lovely, there is a great little poolside snack bar selling food and drinks and they are very reasonably priced. Our room was better than we could have thought! Two bedrooms, two bathrooms. The showers are nice and strong. Beds were comfortable. Air con in every room. All you’d need in a kitchen is supplied plus we had a dishwasher. The best thing though was the balcony it was huge. We had table and chairs with canopies, four sun loungers and a full size jacuzzi and the view was amazing! A small onsite shop is available which is great if your low on milk etc. we got a taxi to the Europa centre, bout 4/5 euros to go to the the supermarket. In the hotel there is a path outside that takes you down a steep hill that leads you down to the main path to the beach, it’s about a ten minute walk on a steep bank but it’s a nice walk. The beach is lovely. We would 100% recommend this hotel

Just back from a great week Couldn’t fault anything Apartment was spotless and cleaned every day Hot tub was amazing Pool and bar were ideal and super clean A few beers and spicy potatoes by the pool in the sun Staff were super friendly and couldn’t do enough Would recommend a car as it’s quite high up

Excellent accommodation. Stayed in the nearby holiday club vista in May and sol is equally as good. Apartment very clean and excellently equipped. The bed was very comfortable and the ac worked very well. The whole complex was cleaned to a very high standard. The pool was heated and the whole pool area was so chilled and relaxing. Never a problem getting sunbeds. We ate lunch or snacks in the pool bar most days and I would highly recommend it. Very good quality and reasonably priced and the lady running the pool bar was very nice. We knew that the accomodation was on a hill before we arrived so that was not a problem. Had a fantastic stay here and would definitely return.
