I traveled with my wife and two boys age 5 and 3. They had a great time at the beach and pool. The rooms were very nice. The Location was excellent. You are right on the beach plus you are walking distance to the local stores and shops. They hotel staff was very nice and helpful. Only negative comments is the children's club. Kinda small and not a lot to do. The food was okay not bad, not great but just okay.

Todo Súper. Sinceramente disfrutamos nuestros días al máximo, el personal se esmera, desde el momento de la recepción se siente la calidez. Superó mis expectativas. Las habitaciones son excelentes en todos los aspectos; camas cómodas, limpieza al 100, excelente vista con balcón, son amplias y con lo necesario. espero volver.

El servicios, las instalaciones muy buenas. Realmente te puedes relajar, por lo único que no le pongo 10 es en la variedad en el menu de cena, deberían de ampliarlo, el Desayuno y comida es igual muy limitado sin embargo considero que la cena deberían de ampliarlo mas.

Todo estuvo EXCELENTE, le pondría un 💯, sin excepción todos te tratan siempre amables y con una gran sonrisa, habitación, y servicio, todo perfecto, gracias y claro que regresaremos esperemos que pronto, los alimentos son a la carta y muy variados, definitivamente lo recomiendo

La amabilidad por parte del personal de todo el hotel es muy buena, las instalaciones aunque empiezan a verse un poco vintage están en excelentes condiciones. La comida aunque no tiene gran variedad cumple perfectamente bien con el servicio y además no es buffet es totalmente a la carta y deliciosa El servicio se SPA todo un lujo recomendable 100% Una estancia bastante placentera regresaremos pronto

Muy mal el servicio! No es como dicen ! El aseo no estuvo al 100 No hubo 3 días internet y menos teléfono, no había quien para bajar las maletas ! Dicen servicio ala habitación y no era cierto !

Excellent small all inclusive resort, but for older couples rather than big families or spring breakers. No big buffet (except the wonderful Mexican spread on Thursday nights). Restaurant a la carte with various dishes made to order. No night entertainment or dance club. No water sports. For a quiet relaxing weekend. Kudos to the local hardworking staff that go out of their way to accommodate any or your wishes or needs.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. the food was made to order only and was delicious.friendly staff and the service was great. Disappointed My 3 year old wasn’t allowed to use the play park under our supervision. Overall great resort would stay here again

Best experience I’ve ever had at an all inclusive resort in Puerto Vallarta. From the ease of checking in with assistance from Marina and our Butler Miquel, to the entire staff who are so friendly and willing to bend over backwards to accommodate. The beautiful room with the most awesome view was a highlight of our vacation. Our room was cleaned promptly every day and the mini bar stocked. The Pools and the Grounds are amazing. The Mirador Restaurant was great every day for Breakfast especially. Two of the nights we were there, a Buffet with entertainment was provided. We preferred the Restaurants and ordering from the Menu. There is also Pizza Restaurant, and the thin crust Is great! Food is available 24 hours. I can’t say enough about the staff. They work so hard to please the guests. Don’t forget to tip? They are so dedicated and deserving. We look forward to returning.
