多納蘇珊娜酒店(Casa Doña Susana)

Hotel is in great location and although a bit old, was clean and well kept up. Angeles at the reception was extremely kind and helpful, getting me into my room in advance of check in time and upgrading me to a bigger room! Rooftop pool is nice but was nice to use pool and beach chairs at larger sister resort across the street.

The room is small but mostly comfortable. The beach is nearby. Beach use is available at no charge to Guests. The area seems quite safe. Restaurants are abundant and within easy walking distance.

The housekeeping staff was friendly and efficient. Unfortunately the front desk and the Los Arcos system of running a hotel is potentially vacation-ruining. Will not stay here again and strongly recommend others do not as well.

Amazing location with tons of restaurants around the property. Location is perfect! Easy access to the beach and boardwalk. The pool’s environment is so calm and the hotel atmosphere makes you feel like you are in a small villa with the beautiful decorations. The room we stay was perfect for 2, but the bathroom was very small with no much room for our stuff. Staff were friendly!

This place was great! It is right in the middle of everything but down a small street so it's still quiet at night. Roof deck pool was very nice and the staff was awesome. Would definitely recommend to friends.
