加藍里奧住宿加早餐旅館(Garlands Del Rio)

I arrived at the Garlands Del Rio hotel with great expectations. After being shown the room they gave me which was similar to a dungeon, they showed be another room, similar but more of a pit. Then they showed me a lovely room telling me that that would be $40 extra per night. We agreed on $30 extra per night and was checked into the room. It wasn't until after I entered the room that I noticed the picture of the room I was in was the category of room I reserved. Where I should've gotten this room in the first place, and then upgraded as my platinum VIP status permits, I received none of that. All I received was an upsell from the very beginning. The front desk representative, Marta was very rude and dismissive of my requests. I asked to speak to the manager and didn't receive a response until the next day when they told me that I could stay in the room that category that I had reserved and they would refund the added upsell expense they put on me to be in that room. Totally put a damper on my and my partners experience and comfort in our stay there. In addition, I found the property extremely rundown, they are so-called hot tub was buckled, delaminating and perhaps dangerous. There was a shelf next to the hot tub, held up by angle brackets with nails and screws protruding almost an inch from where they should be seated for proper connection. Our room was filthy there was a layer of dust on top of the armoire that you could plant in. Sorry, this app denies continuation!

Una joya escondida en el corazón de Vallarta, cerca de restaurantes, bares y tiendas. El personal súper amable desde el prearrival hasta cuando llegamos. Sonica e Iván nos trataron muy bien, amables y profesionales. El hotel está muy lindo, cerca del Río, donde puedes desayunar, la alberca limpia y tienen un área común de cocina que puedes usar, preparar café o té sin cargo, está amenidad se agradece mucho. Si me otorgaron el ascenso de categoría y tenía el late check out, pero por nuestras actividades nos retiramos antes. Muy recomendado

check for inefficiency. I don't have reception at night. I sent an email saying that I would arrive late and there was no one at the hotel. I stayed on the street at night with suitcases. the next day the reception said it was my problem. very old room. old dependencies. good pool. There's no one in the bar. good location. I wouldn't go back and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. not worth the price.

Avoid this place at all costs! Manager Marta missed her calling as a prison guard. Long story short, the balcony of our room had a 3 foot drop without a banister. Presumably looking for the bathroom during the middle of the night, I fell off suffering a concussion and serious back injury. The response of the management was to add $531 to our bill for having gotten blood on the bedding.

Excelente servicios muy amables y el lugar muy acogedor. Lo súper recomendamos mi esposa y yo para una escapada de novios romántica.

El lugar es muy bonito, limpio y el personal es muy amable. Los gatitos son adorables.
