This is close to the university, accessibility to the Pullman-Moscow trail, restaurants, and has a nice breakfast option with a working hot tub & sauna. An all around great stay.

The only problem we had was with the TV. The service they subscribe to did not have access to the National Networks (NBC, CBS, etc.)

3 mins drive from WSU. There’s also a gas station within few mins walk. Hotel is clean and front staff is helpful. Breakfast is nice with cereal eggs sausages and potatoes. The only problem is there’s no elevator. If you check in late and the first floor rooms are gone you will have to carry your luggage up the stairs.

Property was a GREAT value for the room rate. I've stayed in so called five star facilities and have been disappointed.

Room seemed like it had not been entered since 1989. Carpet probably needs replacing, there is an unidentified smell permanently embedded into it, maybe from pets. Toilets are round bowls and very high, maybe this works for you? Shower water pressure left a lot to be desired. Other than smell, room appeared clean. Staff was very friendly. Morning breakfast was, well it was breakfast, don't expect a lot.

Easy to get to and close to WSU. Our room had a large table that was great because of the gas pipeline breakage in Pullman.

I was actually surprised as this just seems like an average hotel for the price, but my room was very nice, and really clean. I do a lot of traveling and this hotel was by far one of the best values I have found.

Our stay was fine. The property is “tired”. Especially the outside. Dirty grungy steps leading up to the back entrance. Garbage can was neglected and overflowing.

Super nice man at front desk! Woman alone and he put me in Suite on 2nd floor fir safety. Hot tub in room, Breakfast and cake after game were nice touches!

Would have been good . . . except for the fact that your records do not agree with my computer records which show that I booked two rooms through ********* and paid a non-refundable amount through my credit card. You said I booked only one room through ********* and the other through you directly. You charged me again when I arrived for that one room you said I booked through you. so I was charged twice for that one room. Ibelieve.
