Room was not to expectations.

Супер комфортный, безопасный и чистый отель! Чувствовала себя здесь как дома. Бассейн на крыше с отличным видом. На завтраке всегда свежие и сочные фрукты, овощи, индийская еда, но можно найти и привычную европейскую: хлопья, тосты, яйца. Номера достаточно просторные- стандартные. Панорамные окна, матрасы что надо-не мягкие и не супер твердые, подушки на выбор, всегда есть горячая вода, а также бутилированная вода, чайник, фен. Отличное расположение! Отличный сервис!Очень приятный, вежливый и отзывчивый персонал: особенная благодарность менеджеру Nilesh и сотрудникам ресепшена Jaita, Avinash, Harshada за помощь и понимание при заселении, за отсрочку оплаты за отсутствием рупий, за решение всех вопросов и проблем во время всего пребывания. Все было на высшем уровне. Отель рекомендую, обязательно остановлюсь здесь снова при следующем визите в Пуну.

Прекрасный отель, обслуживающий персонал, очень вкусная еда вежливые люди на ресепшене готовы удовлетворить все наши нужды, веселые и гостеприимные. В комнате очень чисто и приятно находится, работает кондиционер. Особенно хотелось бы отметить: Nikesh, Jaita, Avinash, Harshada

L'hôtel est bien placé dans un joli quartier résidentiel aux avenues plantées de grands arbres. De nombreux rickshaws sont disponibles pour les transports. J'ai été aimablement accueilli. Ma chambre était spacieuse, équipée d'un bain à remous et de tout le confort souhaitable. Le grand lit était très moelleux et j'ai très bien dormi. J'ai apprécié l'excellent service de Avinash. Deux restaurants servent de très bons plats indiens et internationaux. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est très satisfaisant. Le personnel est très attentionné et aimable. J'ai particulièrement apprécié l'amabilité de Vishal. La terrasse du toit est équipée d'une piscine « infinity pool ».

After a 3-hour brief stopover at Pune including visit to Wax Museum, shopping for Maganlal Chikki (a world famous sweet chikki made in Lonavala) and lunch at a vegetarian restaurant in the main market, we proceeded to Pune, our main destination and reached Hotel Ramee Grand at Apte Road, Shivajinagar. While finalising our programme, our travel agent. IHPL, New Delhi had suggested some other hotels near airport but we wanted to be in the center of the city and selected this hotel based on the reviews by Trip Advisor. When we reached this hotel and checked in, we found it to be better than our expectations. Though It is categorised as 3-star hotel but we found its facilities compared a 4-star hotel. Our room was quite spacious, well furnished and having a mini fridge with snacks, cold drinks etc. and a safe in the cupboard besides normal facilities like an electric kettle, TV and telephone. There was also a wall to wall glass window with a curtain opposite to the main door that provised a nice view of a mini garden on the ground floor. The toilet was also spacious and was also provided with a bathtub besides other usual provisions. The best feature of this hotels is its dining hall that provides an excellent view from the corridors connecting various rooms arranged in a rectagular plan. Not only the lay out of dining hall is unique withtrees but a large number of food items displayed over several tables are also very tasty and the staff also prepares hot items like amlette and dosa etc. on de***d. The hotel also has a roof top swimming pool and a spa though we did not use these facilities, Besides this dining hall we also found a south Indian restaurant attached to the hotel lobby. The ambience of this hotel is also very good with a fine service. On the whole, we very much liked this hotel. Another attraction of this hotel location is nearby decent park that is just a 5-minute walk from the hotel and I was going there every morning during our 3-day stay from 27th to 29th October 2023. This spacious park also has an open gym. In addition, there are ***y restaurants nearby providing different types of good food.

Exceptionally amating people and very friendly staf... People are very kinwa when it comrs to guest service and amazing hospitality.... I world surel recommend धिस hotel to all new comrs to pune... thanks to tenzin and asnan for bhing very kind....

The rooms was clean and the service was top notch. I travelled with my family the food was good and the ambience is definitely feeling warm. Definitely I will try to visit this hotel again in future. One of the best hotels in my list. Best hotels in pune city.

Every year, I stay at Ramee Grand in the month of October/November when I am in the city for the Deccan Literature Festival. The place is quite and the staff is very professional. The room service menu is limited but the quality is good. The hotel is close to the JM road, and opposite to Cafe Peter (good coffee and donuts).
