Location is koregaon park and the needless to say one of the posh in pune city, amenities justify the name in accordance and food one time was clean and neat to to eat, worth the money.

I dont want any extra discounts by writing any reviews, i have no complaints regarding the stay, which was enough for me, please don’t bother customers to indirectly forcing them to write reviews.

Pros: location, bed size, reasonable price, theme based rooms and staff attitude. Cons: bad housekeeping especially when it is full house and almost invisible pillow. The building maintenance is also getting worse over time. There is no upkeep. Overall avg stay; stayed in better hostels than this in pune but this place is in demand purely due to its location

The owner was very rude. At first he expelled me from his previous property and then he didn't refund me money. Then i came here and i came to know that its his property only so i had no other chance but to stay. The condition of the room was terrible. Whenever i switch on the ac the water starts dropping from the roof and in some time it was all slippery floor in the room.

The facility is not at all clean. Person who is at reception is seems kid. He does not know how to handle customers. The worst part is washroom. It is not at all clean. Even in common area cleaning was not proper. We visited property. We have not stayed there. We did not do check in. Let me know whats procedure for refund

Very poor room quality photos of 6 year old building and now it almost spoiled. Pillows were almost tore apart. Rooms stink

booked me a ladies dormitary. Surprised how it allotted a male confirmed booking in a ladies dormitary. Property dined me bed there. executive told me it's not possible that you may get a ladies booking. Then he reverted giving excuse that all was my fault. Then tried to offer me a room instead of refunding me my money. He dined me refund. The property owner tried to cheat me by offering the same room for 2000 instead of refunding my money. He then abused me by trying to built up a stroy that i purposely booked a ladies dormitory and that i am habitual of it. He was guilty of what he thought he could make more money of my situation. I requested them both to refund my money but they gave excuses of the rules.

The place is not clean and the rooms are smelling very bad light and fans are also not in good condition

It is only 3km away from the railway station and location itself is one of the prime areas of Pune. Especially if you wanna go to good cafes and clubs. The rooms have slightly less lightening, natural or tubelights, but majorly they aren't so bad.

Good to stay helpfull receptionist good furniture located in prime location of pune. Good restaurants in walked distance.
