Good service and excellent dinner and breakfast. Clean and safe hotel

Very good location, five minutes from the airport. Spacious room with good airconditioner and lighting. Has a window sitting/ idling space for reading etc. Bathroom is also quite spacious with shower cubicle. However, the bathroom is at a higher level than the room creating discomfort for boarders particularly the elderly while stepping down etc. Reception people needs to be better trained- a lady kept us waiting till 2.30 pm when check-in time is 2 pm. She was discourteous. However, the restaurant is very good with reasonably priced good food.

Excellent Stay and Breakfast is yammy..staff is cooperative, humble and good hu*** being. We recommend to stay again..good ambiance... pleasent stay and enjoy the stay. Vanshika on reception and Rucha is hard working... And spl thanks to Mr Mehta Director sales

Excellent hospitality by Vishaka . Lemon tree is sought after destination in all cities across India. I find the staff very homely , warm and sharing my values . I’m sure this is how they have been indoctrinated into the organisation and to the entire industry . All the best to LTH VM .

The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful with all the information that was required. Special mention to Vishakha, Tejas, K****ij, Janani & Vaishnavi for all the help that they offered us during our pleasant stay. The rooms are also pretty good and worth the tariff. Had a wonderful stay, the staff had been very friendly. They offered a couple of hours of complementary stay during the check out process as we were a bit under the weather. Janani at the reception desk has been very warm and accomodating. Looking forward to visiting again.

Rooms were clean and well kept. Service was awesome. Laundry service was great, I asked for next day 11 am laundry delivery and the housekeeping ***ager and Master delivered it on time. Breakfast was also good. In room dine also available. Good hotel to stay in Pune.

The room was very good and the staff was very friendly. We had a comfortable stay and the breakfast that comes with the package was very delicious. Please give this place a try if you are searching for a place for a short stay while in Pune. cheers!
