I am a regular traveller and have been staying at kapila from couple of years, but from last few times i am always facing issues like ac not working, hygiene issue in washroom etc. Earlier i could rate them 8 or 9 on 10. But now i can rate them just 3 or 4. Really disappointed the way they are failing to maintain their property.

The hotel told me they haven't received my booking and asked me to take it up with make my trip. After my prolonged discussion with mm t and mmt's prolonged discussion with hotel, they mutually decided that they will let me check in. All this was happening at 1:30 am, and took around half hour. Prior to this i had modified my booking from 2 adults to a single person, mm t sent me a revised bill, but failed to refund the extra amount. On taking it up with their customer care they simply said, your booking was non refundable. Considering a legal action against mm t for this ordeal

I had horrible experience with my food there. I had ordered buttermilk and there was a nail or some pointed object in it settled at the bottom. It was hazardous and scary thati had whole glass with that in it. Whenever i had food there was some or the other trouble

The housekeeping staff was unsatisfactory as they initially denied providing towels and did not include biscuits or cookies with coffee. The bedsheets were torn and the towels were hard. The window did not have a lock, causing it to be partially open throughout the night. The air conditioning was also in poor condition, and the bedsheets were not very clean.

Had a rather disappointing experience of my life with Kapila hotel. Had visited Kapila for a business meeting and gave my car to the valet service provided at Kapila and to my surprise they damaged the car so badly that my cars' bonnet, grill, and bumper had to be replaced. It is my brand new car and the behaviour of the hotel management was really bad. They have behaved as if they have been in such situations before and it does not matter to them. They are showing that their guests possessions and vehicles is not their responsibility. Completely disappointed in the management. If you value your car, do not give it to them. 🙏

Mmt's experience is not worth it. Try booking directly, they will charge you less and give you a complementary bf.

Best hotel to stay with Family. Location also too good, near to Pune Railway station and metro station also walkable distance. Good eatery shop's near by.

Best hotel for business travellers. Centre of the city and metro station. At walking distance. Staff is good

The hotel is in the centre from where one can commute to any part of Pune or upcountry.Rooms are spacious and clean . I really like the place .

Overall great hotel pros: ambience, parking, rooms are spacious, house keeping and service staff is good, good area, cons: bathroom is compact, water available but not chilled, for chilled you have to pay, fridge are smalls and useless, veg and non veg both hotels there, should be separate vegetarian restaurant seperately.

Breakfast is great but rooms are not as per expectations and if you ask something extra room service manager directly denied in 2 bed room they adjusted 3 people.
