Feedback is based on personal experience - Good,: Breakfast - Awesome Support staff - Awesome Toiletries / Bathroom slipper were available didn't had to call reception. Grills(barbequeu) - Paneer tikka awesome What Taj blue diamond needs to focus on- Linen / bed sheets had stains. Bathroom towels were of a subgrade quality Two towels meant for a couple Dinner - Worse. Forget about the food, even the mint chutney was bad in taste. Even though it was replaced but tasted same.

It was one of the most disappointing experiences I've had in my life despite the exceptional staff. The hotel urgently needs attention in the following areas: A) Renovation: The hotel is in dire need of a thorough renovation to update its facilities and amenities. B) Pillows: The pillows were extremely uncomfortable, making it difficult for me to get a good night's sleep. I didn't sleep at all. C) Mattress Condition: The mattress was in very poor condition, lacking the necessary support and comfort. D) Bathroom Lighting: The lighting in the washroom was inadequate, making it challenging to shave due to insufficient lux levels.

It was indeed an Amazing stay at Blue Diamond... We are very frequent at this property.. And as always Mr. Mateen helped us getting the best available room for us and made our stay cozy and joyous.. Thanks a lot, we would love to visit back soon..

The visit was very comfortable, especially with a six month old and we would love to visit again. It was very nice comfortable. Stay very greeted at the hotel lobby would definitely recommend for everyone. everything was well organised. They also gave us early check-in since we had a six month old and that was a fabulous experience for us.

We loved this hotel and do stay whenever get a chance to visit Pune. Good food, restaurant staff,housekeeping, IRD staff, Reception, and all welcoming with a smile and ready to help. A special word of thanks to Mr. Bablu at Latitude, Chef Pintu, and Ms. Shenaz at Reception.

I had a fantastic experience during my stay, beginning with a warm welcome from Mr. Chetan at the front desk. Pratikha and Aishwarya provided consistent assistance throughout, always willing to help. Mr. Charles and Mr. Nilesh served with genuine smiles and exceptional courtesy, making the stay even more enjoyable. The housekeeping team was quick and thorough with their cleaning routine, ensuring everything was in perfect order. At the gym, Mr. Mahesh was prompt in accommodating my sauna requests. Overall, it was a truly relaxing stay, and I highly recommend it. I look forward to visiting again.

Just as always, hospitality at blue diamond never fails to surprise you. This was our 4th visit and we know it won't be our last. Have been to many other renowned 5 stars in Pune but none can match the service quality and hospitality of blue diamond. Thanks Shenaaz for the room Upgrade❤️

It's a good property and very well maintained. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Had a very comfortable and satisfying stay. Though it is an old property but its like an heritage with all the amenities. Will be visiting again soon with family.

Amazing reception and welcome given by Aishwarya at the front desk, and Bablu, Vicky, Chefs and others from the breakfast team were really prompt at their service. The Chinese restaurant Whispering Bamboo had great food as well. Deep, Ishwar, Yogesh and Dinesh offered great service and made us feel at home. Will definitely revisit.

v comfortable room ,manager Mr chetan was v good host, good breakfast ,,very homely atmosphere ,mostly all staff are well trained ,basuri vadan during breakfast was very soothing ,fruit and chocolate kept in room was very wecoming,and evening piona player was excellent ,over all fantastic experience 😀
