Fantastic. Minimal check in time. All requests processed in no time. Great service and definitely worth a visit again

Food was good but room has to be upgraded location was so good and breakfast options is git minimum but i guess it's okay

Happy to stay here and well treated staffs .. the reception staff, restaurant ,housekeeping and room service everyone is very warm and kind .. They coordinate well with all departments for a good experience. The best part is the prime area where it is located and cool... Price are reasonable to stay and food ..

Pure checking are not allowed even 1 hour before. We have already called to the hotel reception that the flight is early and we need room an hour before they said yes over the call but at the time of checking they refused.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms and washroom were clean and pleasant, making for a comfortable experience. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The location is also convenient, making it easy to explore the area. Highly recommend

The staff is very good mannered, food is very delicious and the room and services is marvelous, the room was very neat and tidy the reception desk attendees was very co- operative overall the view from terrace was very pleasant they organised function also on their terrace.

Rooms were clean. Staff was very good and helpful. It was a comfortable stay. I will like to stay again.

There is smoking smell that comes in room. Unpleasant stay because of this. Also lot of request to be made to get sitting stool in bathroom. Else is good. wofo connecting issue sometimes. Vegan food should also be served. Rest breakfast is good with veg options.

The room service was very poor as it took more than 15-20minutes to give basic essentials like towel or water. Also the restaurant called twice to confirm my order even when i explicitly gave order details in the first call itslef

Spacious, well appointed room, clean hygienic washroom with toiletries. Very polite and helpful staff, in-house bar and restaurant makes this ideal for family and business travelers. Location in posh & peaceful area. Very satisfied & recommend to all

We caused a stain on the bed sheet and the hotel charged me the rate of full bed sheet with gst. Which was 1600, also the receptionist was laughing on our face while we were paying. Very very unprofessional.
