La vista del desayuno es espectacular, sientes que renuevas energía, la atención del personal muy buena. Definitivamente volvería, lejos del bullicio es lo mejor de los hoteles en Lago Titicaca, y hacen picnics en Sillustani, como un plus en sus servicios de comidas!

We came to this hotel on a spiritual retreat lead by Don Augustine and Don Jorge Delgado. The tours offered by Don Jorge are the best ever. We visited many sacred sites and enjoyed the kind a loving teachings of Don Jorge Delgado. The hotel service is 5 star. The staff took care of us like family. The highlight of this trip however was participating in plant medicine ceremonies with Don Augustine and Abel. Although we were nervous about trying Ayuhuasca and San Pedro, we felt so safe with Don Augustine who is a third generation Shaman. He knew exactly how and when to assist us and made the whole process move with ease and grace. I feel deeply grateful for the integrity and love of these shaman and the peace that the surrounding lake and beautiful gardens provided us with. Above all else, our ceremonies were held with just four friends and the two shaman. We felt privileged to be in such an intimate environment and in the hands of true professionals. I have not found a place giving plant medicine ceremonies with less than 30 or 20 people so in this sense, This hotel and Don Augustine are a real treasure. I will definately come back here.

Peaceful morning walk in the labyrinth will stay with you for a long time. Our group enjoyed it all, a bonfire with hot wine, a wonderful wedding reception for two of our guests, amazing shopping opportunities, and a very hard working staff! Ich kann mich den vorherigen Beurteilungen anschließen. Das Hotel war ein wenig kühl und im Restaurant war es sogar kalt. Der Blick von einem normal ausgestattetem Zimmer war großartig über den See. Das Abendessen am 1. Tag war nicht gut, aber wie schon erwähnt, extra nach Puno zu fahren, wollten wir nicht. Die Bedienung hat sich aber Mühe gegeben. Das Frühstück hingegen war ausreichend. Den Swimmingpool kann man vergessen. Trotzallem würde ich dieses Hotel doch empfehlen, für einen langen Auftenhalt ist es aber weniger geeignet.

He alojado en este maravilloso hotel de frente al lago de Titicaca y estoy contenta de haberlo hecho. Habitaciones amplias y con enormes ventanas en vidrio que te permiten apreciar el Lago y el sol. Desayuno abundante y variado sea peruano que internacional. Para los amantes de la naturaleza y la tranquilidad, cuenta con un jardín con piedras y símbolos donde se pueden realizar sesiones de yoga y meditación. Piscina disponible. Servicio de lavandería. Lo recomiendo sin dudas.

The Taypikala Lago Hotel was a beautiful stay right on Lake Titicaca with amazing views of the lake and surrounding mountains. The hotel itself had very lovely and comfortable rooms and the grounds were beautiful with courtyards and mediation labyrinth and a model of the Moray Crater in back of the hotel complete with a Lemurian centerpiece crystal. The restaurant served delicious food and drink and the staff was amazing and extremely accommodating. My group also took advantage of the very thorough and good in-house masseuse as well as enjoyed a local 'cocoa tea leaf Shaman reading' coordinated by the hotel. The entire experience was very wonderful.

The location on Lake Titicaca is beautiful. The staff are all very nice to work with and accommodating. The hotel has many unique antiques of Peru displayed throughout. This is located near many spiritual sights, temples and ruins. Food was delicious. A great place to stay.

I really can’t say enough about this hotel. They were gracious kind and attentive. They made sure all of my needs were met. The staff was so kind. We were on a spiritual tour with Jorge Delgado. It was the best tour I have taken in my 63 years on this planet; we hit all the sacred places and I really truly believe my life has changed as a result. The hospitality, the graciousness, and experience was one I will treasure throughout my lifetime.
