The room was comfortable, clean and quiet. The staff MADE this hotel. They were always so helpful and eager to help. They didn't speak much English, except the front desk staff but the restaurant and bellhop staff were so eager to help. I loved them. The breakfast was served and it had choices - including friend eggs. The room was very comfortable - especially the bed. The bathroom very clean with lots of hot water. I would stay here again.

Amazing service given by both the bellboy and reception staff. We were in need of a doctor and they helped us get one within 30 minutes. They also ran out and helped us buy the prescriptions that the doctor gave us, got them within 15-20 minutes. Super helpful! Great rooms, good food and an incredible view from the restautant overlooking Lake Titicaca.

One of the best experiences. The hotel is clean and comfortable, the staff is friendly and helped us a lot. when we left the hotel they stored our luggage, when we returned my sister was very sick, the lady from the reception escorted her to the room where she covered her and let her rest for a while. Good hotel in a fantastic location right next to the main square. Very comfortable beds and combined with slight altitude dizziness had best night sleep! Breakfast spread could be a bit better/more filling, but it was good. There were issues with hot water on both nights I stayed here, and it took a while, but the staff were very attentive and fixed it.
