What sets apart this hotel from others (stayed in many in Punta Arenas) is the friedly staff - they are the most welcoming. Apartments are clean and well arranged and there are many bigger or smaller appartments with or without spacious living room/kitchen. Location is very central, close to many great restaurants. Breakfast is provided in the fridge every day.

The Apartment was very nice, clean, and well kept. Staff is very good. It is close to the shoreline with shops and places to eat, which means it's located on a busy corner with traffic. But, it wasn't that much noise and it didn't affect my sleep at all. The garage only has 6 parking spaces but there was spots alone the street, also.

The room was nice, I actually turned off the heat and opended the windows since it was so well insulated that the room was too warm with the outside temp around 50F.
Souvenir shop across the street, groceries a block away, lots of restaurants and bars and banks nearby, two blocks from the port, two blocks from the Magellan Statue in the town square.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. What a lovely place that is central to so many restaurants and attractions. I rated the confort as 4 stars because there are strong air freshener sticks (commonly used in the country) on each floor that were quite overwhelming and gave me a headache. Staff are very kind, helpful, and patient. Quaint kitchenette with all we needed and a lovely breakfast in the refrigerator to get our day started off well. Would absolutely stay again IF the air freshener sticks are removed.

El apartamento es muy comodo y esta situado muy cerca de la Costanera y también del centro histórivo de Punta Arenas. Es un apartamento luminoso,con las camas muy cómodas,la zona para cocinar esta bien aquipada y el.baño es moderno.

Nice to have a well equipped and clean kitchen with breakfast fixings in the fridge for all of us. The location is very central and the Diego Largo food truck with loaded sausages is just a half block away. Excellent value.

Endurance Apart Hotel tiene una ubicación excelente, con acceso a todos los puntos más importantes de la ciudad de Punta Arenas, las habitaciones son muy cómodas y funcionales. la limpieza de los lugares comunes y de las habitaciones es excelente. Esperemos que pronto cuenten con un ascemsor para cargar las maletas.
