First I would like to state that this is a good place to stay and adults only makes it better! Lets strart with NEGTIVES: 1. If you don’t get up at 6am and go get comfortable dual launges by the pool, and put your things on it as its taken, you will not get anything or random boring spot on other end of the pool, where nothing happens. Why not invest more into comfortable lounges? I do not want to wake up at 6am and run to get a spot, it is not a luxury resort to me if I habe to do that. Please invest into this and make it more enjoyable and available. 2. There is no privacy at the room shower and restroom, you get this open design shower where there is no door to the bathroom and only half the glass covers it, and other is open where water gets on the floor. Resroom also has sliding glass door but not actual door for sound dampening. Every time you take a shower whole room flor becomes slippery, nothing dries because of that. The bathtub in middle of the room is useless not proper bath foam. 4. Diego who sell you the excursions to Snorkel or other activities, basically ripped us off selling us on small group activity, and small boat where in end we were dropped off at some sketchy place to be picked up by big buss and go around for nexr 2 hours and pick up people feom other hotels. Upon arrival we asked for shuttle back, but afer 1hour no one arrived, and we had to take taxi back and pay out of pocket. Then tried to sell us on private tour, finally were able to get refund.

We had a great stay. Superb, clean resort with brilliant food and facilities. Being our fourth visit to a property in this group, twice in the last two years, however, we were very disappointed to have not received any of the loyalty scheme benefits our status entitles us to. No room upgrade (ok, high occupancy), no spa discount, no champagne. And after 3 times of mentioning it at reception, we got bored of asking. Definitely a great resort to visit, but not as ‘excellent’ as it was. Don’t expect any special touches and definitely don’t expect the loyalty scheme to count for anything if you’re retuning and hoping to feel valued as a repeat visitor.

Very elegant hotel. Plenty of excellent dining options. Beautiful beach and miles of fine sand you can walk barefoot up and down along the ocean. During my stay the resort beach area water is too rough to swim in but nevertheless it is amazingly beautiful and meticulously maintained.

The staff at excellence were amazing. Every spot had stand outs. 29, Keke, Coca Cola, Ramon, Ramirez, and Leandro all made my stay exceptional. A few plugs in the room didn’t work, and the jacuzzi tub was basically unusable, but we obviously spent most of our time having fun, enjoying the drink menu, and eating at the restaurants. I would recommend visiting, just make sure to grab a chair a bit early!

Employees are friendly. Not enough beach chairs. The restaurant food needs improvement. Must have a a good show. The show is horrible.

Our third visit to this resort. We find the Excellence Club upgrade worth it for the private areas and dedicated restaurant. Staff are incredibly friendly and the service is wonderful and attentive.
