蓬塔卡納威斯汀度假村及俱樂部(The Westin Puntacana Resort & Club)

It is a great place for vacation. Only negative experience was that we didn't get the room with view as advertised. We arrived at 12.30 noon on AA flight, had to wait for hours to get the room,they don't offer early check-in which is not good for the customers. Also,when we ordered food one late night,on 2nd September the restaurant didn't have chicken, they brought the food after an hour delay, one item had beef which we dont eat. Rest was fabulous!

The staff and property personnel were absolutely fantastic. The room was very comfortable and enjoyed the great room service. I took this trip for my birthday and this hotel resort made it really special for me. I had a very nice time. I will absolutely return. I’d only ask that they get an ATM or cash service, and please get some type of convenience store for snacks, drinks and personal care items.

Staff were friendly and always ready to help. I highly recommend Franklin from the hotel concierge desk. He always checked in with us and whatever we needed, he arranged and would take us himself. Even did a trip to a local pharmacy for us when needed. Another employee of the tranportation company Greyline, who picked us up at airport, Cecilio, was also super friendly and accommodating. Tours were arranged by Amado of Greyline, and he did not steer us wrong. All tours were well organized and on time. Hotel a little pricey but definitely worth the attention and service. Rooms were always impeccable and properly stocked with towels and waters. Beds and linens super comfortable and the in room AC control made it super easy. Would recommend and return to in near future.

Increible que no pudiendo uno utilizar el mar debido al sargaso le generen un cobro adicional de U.S. $35 por el resort y habiamos ido por ser un destino de playa. Ademas deberian ser honestos y avisarle a uno por anticipado que podria encontr**** ese problema... lamentable!!

The staff was more than professional and very approachable. My wife always commenting that they must have a great deal of training since everyone was always on point when it came to treating their guests. Everyone had a good vibe that made us wish we could have stayed longer. To us what makes the stay worth it is the people that makes you feel welcome. The place could be the fanciest or the most luxurious but if the people aren’t at par with the place, then you paid for the place not the experience.

Outstanding service!!! We had a wonderful time and definitely will be back!!! Juan went above and beyond during our entire stay. We celebrated my daughter’s graduation and they had a cake sent to our room congratulating her. So thoughtful and special!! EVERYONE was fantastic!!! Top tier quality for sure. Thank you so much for an amazing time. My mom, daughter, and I loved it!!!

This property is very nice. The beach is not good but it could have come at the wrong time. The waiters are very money hungry there. Myself and my boyfriend got chased to the elevator for a tip. We also got doubled charged for food. They refuse to take USD everything needed to be charged .. I did not like that at all especially when i brought all cash. Overall the whole experience was mediocre . Safe to say ill book an all inclusive next time! Lesson learned !

We had an amazing time last weekend at the Westin! They made everything easy, I felt like a princess. They shuttled us to our dinner reservations so we did t have to worry about finding an Uber or taxi. Even though we couldn’t use their beautiful beach they were doing their best to try and get rid of the sea**** issue, I feel bad there’s just so much of it, they need some more nets or more help from a larger resource. We still made the best of it regardless of the no beach. Thank you to all the amazing staff that helped our vacation to be exactly what I needed!

Gorgeous property and first class service from check in, during the stay and check out! Front desk staff, bellmen, drivers , housekeepers and restaurant staff delivered amazing & personalized treatment on every interaction and they went above and beyond to accommodate any request ( small or big).Thank you so much Jordi ( Rooms Division Manager ) for making our stay unforgettable
