佐伊阿瓜蓬塔卡納酒店(Zoetry Agua Punta Cana)

Voy a empezar diciendo que Zoetry tiene mucho potencial en ser el mejor hotel de Punta Cana pero hace falta atención en los detalles. Voy a platicar mi experiencia tal y como fue. Reservamos esta propiedad y avisé con tiempo el día y hora que llegábamos. Cuando llegamos nos recibieron con toallas frescas y bebidas refrescantes (muy bien), tuvimos un vuelo de madrugada y estábamos muy cansados, teníamos planeado dormir apenas llegáramos. Cuando nos dieron el cuarto nos dimos cuenta que la cama estaba REPLETA pero LLENA de bed bugs por todos lados. Obviamente pedí un cambio de cuarto muy molesta y ni siquiera me pidieron disculpas, me cambiaron a un cuarto de peor calidad y se tardaron dos horas en limpiarlo y asignarme el cuarto nuevo DOS HORAS! De ahí en fuera, la playa es HERMOSA. Tienen una Playa tranquila, muy hermosa y no tienes que pelear por camastros a las 6:00 am. En general, al hotel le falta muchísimo mantenimiento, los pisos están todos fracturados, los techos al ser de palma tienen un olor muy fuerte también. Los restaurantes son muy buenos! Aunque no abren todos los días, se turnan. Pero la comida es riquísima. El gym tenía todo lo necesario para un buen entrenamiento. Honestamente, lo que más me molestó fue la falta de limpieza en el cuarto y la poca disponibilidad de la “personal concierge” de arreglar las cosas.

Loved the resort for the beach area - big area so you dont feel like its busy. I stayed at Sanctuary prior to staying at Zoetry and it was very busy on the beach and food was not as good. The staff are super attentive at Zoetry and I felt safe

6 of us went for a girls trip. Rooms are definitely geared towards couples. Our key cards for our room malfunctioned throughout our stay. We had 2 guys named Ramon that were supposed to be our butlers.! was great the other not so much. He blamed us multiple times for the keys not working. Acted angry and put out when we were the ones that were getting locked out of our rooms on a daily basis. Yanked cards out of our hands and yelled at us. Told us that it was our fault because we were placing them next to our phones - which we weren't.

Do NOT Stay at this resort. the whole beach has 8 ft tall piles of sea**** covering teh entire thing. you can not use the beaches or the ocean as its covered in rotting sea****. the property does not look anything like the pictures at all and when you try to check out because the resort isnt safe or unhabitable, they will try to charge you extra thousands of dollars.........BE WARNED DO NOT DO HERE

Zoetry is a really beautiful place with intimate island elegance and ambiance to get away and completely relax. All of the staff are friendly and often personable. The private beach was beautiful and the turquoise waters looked and felt amazing. The dinning options are outstanding everything from the beach front bar to the intimate gourmet dinning. Truly a place like no other.

Zoetry was awesome unfortunately I will have to give them a ok a rating due to one bump on the road. Everything was great until one afternoon my husband and I visited Indigo the Restaurant and guess what it even upsets me to think about it see I am vegatarian and I told the waitress no chicken on my quesadilla and guess what Yeap you guessed it the chief added chicken on my quesadilla thank god I always verify my meals when I travel away from home its just a disappointment that such a important matter to me just gets ignored its really something a almost perfect trip messed up by someone not doing their job correctly.

This property is terrible. The amout of mosquitos in this resort is insane. My daughther literally was eating alive. Front staff is rude. Beach is dirty. Food is ok. Facility has 2 litlle bars one by pool and one at main entrance. DO NOT BOTHER BOOKING THIS PLACE IS JUST BAD.
