I finally had a few days off work and wanted to plan a mini vacation. I have been to the Sheraton Four Points for events in the past and decided to select this hotel for my getaway. I first want to congratulate the GM, Craig Holt on his amazing team! He obviously leads by example. My experience from check-in to check-out was flawless. The Front Desk team was cheerful and informative. We spent time at the restaurant, pool, lobby bar, and the outside bar which had music and amazing appetizers. We also saw beautiful fireworks over the Peace River during our stay. I would recommend this property for one night or 2 weeks. I know, I will be back. See you soon.

Really nice place, Newer building, modern amenities, helpful and friendly staff, but: I reserved a handicapped accessible room. When I got to the hotel I was told they did not have an accessible room. I told the clerk at was not acceptable. Then suddenly one was found. Room 216. 216 is not a handicapped accessible room. There are not any grab bars around the toilet. The toilet is VERY close to the floor. The shower doors have lip so I could not roll my wheelchair into it and there wasnt a fold down seat in the shower. The bathroom sink was high, Sitting in my wheelchair my chin rested on the edge. The toilet and the sink were unusable for me. The bed was very high making it very difficult for me to get in and out of. As an additional treat we quickly learned that the waste water stacks were very close to the elevator and the elevator is next to 216. The flushing noises quelled at around 2 AM and started again around 5 AM. We reserved a 2 night stay, but checked out after 1 and got a room across the street. Breakfast was good.
