Bella struttura a qualche chilometro dalla “città santa” di Pushkar, frequentata mèta di pellegrinaggio dei devoti al Dio Vishnu. La struttura, un antico palazzo fortificato, appare suddivisa in diversi padiglioni, che ospitano le stanze, circondati da estesi giardini molto curati; in quello sul quale si affacciava la nostra stanza erano collocate le piscine. L’accoglienza è stata cortese e le formalità di registrazione sbrigate rapidamente. Ci è stata assegnata una stanza al piano terra, molto spaziosa e con alti soffitti, ben arredata con mobili colorati in tinte pastello e ben illuminata; all’interno, un armadio capiente, una grande scrivania, una comoda poltrona, ed un terzo letto collocato nella rientranza dell’ampia finestra. Il bagno era ampio, con una comoda ed efficiente cabina doccia, asciugamani molto confortevoli, asciugacapelli. Abbiamo sfruttato volentieri, anche a causa della distanza dalla città, la possibilità di cenare nel ristorante della struttura, capiente ed accogliente, con personale attento e disponibile, che ci ha accolto con estrema gentilezza. Menù ricco con piatti indiani, vegetariani e non, a qualche piatto internazionale; noi abbiamo scelto Vegetable Pakora, due zuppe squisite, il Piatto del Maharaja, che offriva pollo in varie versioni, Butter Chicken (molto buono) accompagnato da plain rice. Di nostro gradimento anche la colazione del mattino, con la quale ci sono stati offerti frutta, uova a piacimento, toast con burro e marmellata, caffè e the. La lontananza della città ci ha garantito una gran tranquillità, ed un riposo ristoratore, che ha reso la nostra permanenza estremamente gradevole.

Das Hotel ist soweit ok, es hat jedoch erwartungsgemäß nicht ganz deutschen Standard. Die Einrichtung ist schon älter aber nicht defekt. Das Essen (Frühstück/Abendessen/Buffet) war gut. Hier macht *** nichts falsch, wenn *** keinen gehobenen Standard erwartet. Es liegt etwas außerhalb von Pushkar. Das Hotel hat wirklich den Charme eines alten Forts zum Beispiel mit Vorhängeschloss.

The overall experience staying at the resort is very satisfying. Mr. Raju in food service has been courteous. Mr. Manohar Rawat and Mr.Pradeep in house keeping has been very supportive. The overall stay at the resort was very amazing and satisfying.

Overall, I had a pleasant stay at your hotel with my family. Stay: The check-in process was smooth, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I reached the hotel around 10:00 AM, which was quite early as the standard check-in time at any Club Mahindra resort is 2:00 PM. Mr. Damodar Singh helped me with pre-check-in. They did not charge a single penny for pre-check-in. Thank you very much Mr. Damodar Singh for your all help. My room was clean and comfortable. The housekeeping staff did a good job. Special thanks to Mr. Pradeep & Mr. Raju from housekeeping staff. Restaurant: The ambiance of the restaurant was great, and the service was good and courteous. The quality of the food was consistent. Some of the dishes were excellent, the breakfast options were great, and we enjoyed them a lot. Mr. Dinesh, Mr. Kunal, Mr. Rahul were very attentive, and Chef Mr. Pankaj Kumar, Mr. Satish & Mr. Nathu has fulfilled our special requirement which we requested separately which was not included in the buffet menu. I appreciate your efforts in making my stay enjoyable, and I hope this feedback will help you improve your services. I look forward to visiting your hotel again in the future and experiencing the positive changes.

Super stay with amazing service... very cordial staff... Roshni and Varsha and Shakti helped were very professional and friendly... we were travelling with kids and it was taken Care of very nicely.. I will visit again..

We have the best experience here.. The housekeeping was really good, caring and cooperative.. Mr. Raju and Mr. Pradeep took really good care.. The other faculty was also great.. From top to bottom every person took care of each and everything.. Overall one of best experiences we ever had..

Overall a very mediocre experience. Didn’t expect too much but certain things like mouse roaming around food in restaurants,Flies in restaurants should not have been there. Restaurant staff is not well trained and service is too slow.Wifi was pathetic. Disconnecting repeatedly and low speed. Moreover there is a big water collected in front of hotel which led to problem in the car. Morever staff at the reception wasnt even listening to the mouse issue….. . Even swimming pool was not clean with no regular circulation It would be better if restaurant staff is trained better and restaurant is clean and animals like mouses are not roaming …and the water collected outside the hotel is repaired

Worst experience of club mahindra hotels ever Dampiness smell in rooms Pathetic washrooms Swimming pool is not maintained Happy hub is like almost dying Tabel tennis table is there ball is not available, badminton court is there but shuttle is not broken Drinking Water is chargeable only 1 ltr is given Rest you'll have to drink tap water The room i took there best possible that is also just to pass the night, ants are roaming all over And the rest of the rooms they were giving earlier are not even worth entering in them Property is good but not maintained at all If i would have a option i would rather take a 2 star which would have been a better experience

I recently stay in pushkar fort it's was amazing resort, neat and clean spacious room very hard working staff of housekeeping I request 2 times of room cleaning they done very professional , so I want to thank team housekeeping . Manohar , summer and his Manager.

Nice property like a Heritage and housekeeping team is so hard working carry all the luggage from the reception to room and room was neat and clean pool is looking good and all the staff is helpfull thanks to team Pushkar fort speacilly housekeeping he is doing well his job

With my family, I recently paid a visit to Pushkar Fort, where I was completely astounded by the beautiful setting. The resort is nestled in Pushkar's picturesque landscape and provides its guests with a wide range of activities,Enjoyed a soothing spa treatment and some delectable meals at the resort's restaurant. The rooms were very large and equipped with all the amenities required. We had a wonderful afternoon together as a family in the pool. The property also features a vast lawn where you may host events like weddings and birthday celebrations. Altogether, we had a fantastic experience at Pushkar Fort and were quite pleased with their service.staff is corporativ and helpful special thanks Ajay and chef satish

My experience at the resort was wonderful and the every single thing in this resort was outstanding,environment of resort is very nice and quiet good.Food is very tasty. Room service is fast hygiene staff is helpful special thanks to roshni ji and varsha ji.

House keeping experience was excellent. Manoharji, Bhagwanji and Rahulji were so cooperative. House keeping’s work should be separated than reception. Manual help was good. Sometimes the things we were asking for was taking more time but the staff was very polite and smiley. We are happy with the services but infra should be improved up to the mark.
