Η τοποθεσία του ξενοδοχείου είναι πράγματι ιδανική, δίπλα στην πλατεία και με εξαιρετική θέα στη θάλασσα. Δυστυχώς, όμως, τα θετικά σταματούν εκεί, καθώς βιώσαμε ένα περιστατικό που έθεσε σε κίνδυνο τη σωματική μας ακεραιότητα. Κατά τη διάρκεια του μπάνιου μου, το τζάμι της ντουζιέρας ξεκόλλησε, έπεσε και έσπασε, με αποτέλεσμα να υποστώ πολλαπλά κοψίματα και τραύματα σε διάφορα σημεία του σώματός μου. Το πιο τρομακτικό είναι ότι στο ίδιο τρίκλινο δωμάτιο διέμενε μαζί μας το 3 ετών παιδί μας, το οποίο από καθαρή τύχη δεν βρισκόταν εκείνη τη στιγμή στο μπάνιο. Αυτό που έκανε την εμπειρία μας ακόμη χειρότερη ήταν η απαράδεκτη και ανεύθυνη αντιμετώπιση από τη διεύθυνση. Η reception δεν έδειξε το παραμικρό ενδιαφέρον για τον τραυματισμό μου και δεν προσφέρθηκε καμία ουσιαστική βοήθεια. Χρειάστηκε να κάνω έντονα παράπονα για να εμφανιστεί τελικά ο ιδιοκτήτης, ο οποίος, αντί να ζητήσει συγγνώμη και να αναλάβει την ευθύνη για την ελλιπή συντήρηση των εγκαταστάσεων, άρχισε να ρίχνει τις ευθύνες σε έναν "υπεύθυνο" που δεν βρισκόταν καν στο ξενοδοχείο. Όταν η ασφάλεια των πελατών και η στοιχειώδης ανθρωπιά απουσιάζουν παντελώς, καμία καλή τοποθεσία δεν μπορεί να σώσει την κατάσταση. Δεν το συνιστώ σε καμία περίπτωση, ειδικά σε οικογένειες με παιδιά.

Είχα πολύ καιρό να επισκεφτώ την αγαπημένη Πύλο! Αυτό το ΠΣΚ βρεθήκαμε στην αγαπημένη πόλη και μείναμε στο ξενοδοχείο Karalis City Hotel! Έχει ανακαινηστεί πλήρως και η διαμονή γίνεται μια πολύ όμορφη ξαι ευχάριστη εμπειρία! Πεντακάθαρο, σύγχρονο, σε μια ιδανική τοποθεσία με ευγενέστατο και καλοπροαίρετο προσωπικό! Τα δωμάτια άνετα, με κεντρικό κλιματισμό και ατομικό ρυθμιστή, μπάνιο μεγάλο πλήρως εξοπλισμένο! Κρεβάτι μεγάλο, άνετο και μαξιλάρια για να απολαυσεις τον ύπνο σου. Το πρωινό εξαιρετικό και με μεγάλες δυνατότητες επιλογής αλλα το καλύτερο είναι ότι μπορείς να πάρεις τον δίσκο σου και να καθίσεις στη μεγάλοη βεράντα πάνω απο το λιμάνι και να απολαύσεις την υπέροχη θέα του κόλπου της Πύλου και τη νήσου Σφακτηρίας! Η διαμονή στο συγκεκριμενο ξενοδοχειο είναι μια απίστευτα ευχάριστη και αξέχαστη εμπειρία!

Ottimo hotel, parcheggio gratuito di fronte, Colazione super, camera molto bella, personale gentilissimo, balcone con vista mare. Che altro..eccezionale!!

Τα ξενοδοχεία Καραλής στην όμορφη Πύλο είναι υπέροχες επιλογές. Πεντακάθαρα δωμάτια, με προσωπικό το οποίο είναι πάντα πρόθυμο να σε εξυπηρετήσει και άριστη ποιότητα προϊόντων. Η θέα μαγευτική και το πρωινό με μεσογειακή αναφορά και άκρως εμπλουτισμένο και με παραδοσιακά προϊόντα. Να τα έχετε στις επιλογές σας. Αξίζουν θερμά συγχαρητήρια στην υπεύθυνη της reception κα Νατασα και τους συνεργάτες της, όπως και στην κα Ελένη Πόπορη που επιμελούνταν τα πρωινά μας.

Αγενέστατος και απαράδεκτος ο ιδιοκτήτης!!!!!Με έβρισε τηλεφωνικά επειδή τον πήρα στο κινητό που αυτός έχει αναρτήσει στο site του κοινωνικού τουρισμού,για να κάνω κράτηση!!!!! Μακριά από τέτοιους "επιχειρηματίες"!!!! Θα πρέπει να γίνει αναφορά να τον βγάλουν από τους παρόχους!!

Brilliant location with an outstanding view of the water, boats & mountains. Room was small, clean, nicely renovated but the ighlight is definitely the view from the terrace. Ample free parking in close proximity. Breakfast could've been better but the view when eating breakfast was superb. All satff were friendly & helpful with a special call out to Mimica.

Pylos is a wonderful destination made even better by the Karalis Hotel, with GREAT facilities (room was very roomy and comfortable, great view of the harbor — ask for room #402, shower that was a joy — unlike others we had in Greece — really good breakfast), and truly wonderful helpful people (of note — Minika? — who went extra mile to have large waters frozen for long day of beach and hiking and then giving us a bottle of wine and fruit plate to celebrate our honeymoon). The town and surroundings were very worth the trip and the hotel was a peaceful and special place. (Pictures — or beach we walked to — two from the room (one at night one during day) and of the hotel from the harbor.

We arrived earlier than the 3pm check in but were told our room was ready :) lovely deluxe room with balcony overlooking the gorgeous bay. Super efficient check in, friendly helpful staff. Room was clean and decor bright and fresh. With the doors closed, no traffic noise considering its proximity to the road. Clean bathroom with good shower. 2 water bottles in the fridge and coffee making facilities. Super location for a wonderful visit to Pilos, would not hesitate to return.

A great welcome by knowledgable receptionist and the hotel is in an excellent location. All appeared perfect. Unfortunately the beds and pillows are very hard, that along with the motorbikes racing up and down outside in the early hours meant we got no sleep.

Doing a tour of Greece using 2 and 3 star hotels. Karalis is by far the best I have seen during this tour. Nice, modern and spacious room. Very nice bathroom with lots of space, walk-in rain shower, beds are good, struggling to find any fault while going through the room. Maybe the shower curtain should be replaced by a door to make it perfect.

Our previous booking let us down but this hotel had a comfortable room looking over the picturesque harbour with a balcony ata very good price. Parking was available opposite and there was a lift. The bathroom was a little tight, the shower especially but it worked fine for two people.

We had a deluxe room on a high floor with a lovely balcony facing the sea. Views were nice. The room was a great size, had a safe, tea & coffee making facilities and plenty of storage space for luggage and clothes. Nice bathroom with everything working well. Lovely breakfast and what a pleasant surprise to be able to carry your breakfast tray across the road to the covered terrace with views down to the city and the harbour. Friendly helpful staff. We also loved having access to the sister hotel Karalis Beach Hotel with its beautiful beach bar and sun lounge area, only a short walk from the Karalis City Hotel. We had a car and found parking easily in a small street just opposite.
