"1 star is generous for this dump. It’s not a hotel, they will tell you that too, it was a dirty residence filled with an aroma of **** and other nasties on our visit. Extremely rude pool security who won’t allow any food or drink by the pool and insists they have to wear ‘swimwear only’ (no vests, tops or shorts). A lack of staff in reception leading to long hot check-in queues with no air con whilst waiting. They never reply to complaints, just fob you off. AVOID it along with LOVEHOLIDUMPS."

"It’s the last hotel on beach before one reaches St.Cyprien, the last French village at the eastern extremity of the Franco-Spanish border. The hotel is clean with rooms provided with all ammenities. Personnel and service are excellent. The gym is, however, lacking quite a bit from all standpoints. Nevertheless, alltogether great spot for a beach vacation."

"The apartment was filthy upon arrival and required me to clean it myself (confirmed by others). The air conditioning was full of mold; I was told it hadn't been cleaned in over three years. While I was working remotely from the apartment, someone opened my door even though it was locked, then closed it again when they saw I was there. When I reported this, along with the mold, they simply denied it and told me I was lying. So I moved out early, but they refuse to return my deposit despite their legal obligations and are even ignoring the mediator. They haven't responded at all for months. It's a shame, because it has potential, but between the filth, the lack of security, and their bad faith: avoid it at all costs."
