這是一家很棒的酒店。我住過的最好的酒店之一。工作人員如此樂於助人，簡直不能更好了。食物也是一流的。向日葵餐廳經理穆罕默德·索布里隨時為您提供所需的一切。我對這家酒店一點毛病都挑不出來，所以我們已經訂好了明年再來。

Highly recommend especially if you are a family with young kids. We went as a group of friends and still enjoyed it, the water park has slides suitable for adult fun and also kids with a special area for kids only. The only negative is that the beach is a bit of q walk away, however there are consistent shuttle buses. The reception team and manager are very polite and helpful, the life guards and water slide guards are all very nice and are there for your safety and happiness. The food was amazing, there is also food all afternoon by the pool. Pools are big and there are more than one with an all adult only pool for pure relaxation. Very safe resort just keep your belongings near to you. I want to give the biggest thanks to the animation team, they are the ones who made this holiday, from day time entertainment to evening shows and night outs, they truly look after you from their hearts wanting you to have a great time in Egypt. Big thanks to Moose, Kariam, Omar and David. I very highly recommend this resort.

From start to finish, the entire experience was incredible. As soon as we arrived we were instantly warmed by the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. The hotel was boutiquely beautiful. We had arrived…. And it exceeded our expectations. During our week we had the esteemed pleasure of getting to know many of the staff, who were not only fantastic at what they do, but also took the time to get to know us. We wholeheartedly appreciated every single moment. Ahmed-Exeptionally attentive and friendly, always knew what we wanted before we did, which was A* service. Mohammed- Most warm and friendliest person we have ever met, such a pleasure to be in his presence. He made us feel so welcome and special. Omar- Hard working, always smiling, a great credit to Jaz Makadi. Marco- Well, what can we say, this guy made us smile from the moment we met him- he anticipated all we desired. Now Moustafa- I cannot quite put into words how much we appreciated and respected this guy- he knew exactly what we wanted and his suggestions were impeccable- a great wealth of cocktail knowledge and excellent customer rapport.

BBryce van de LaarThe Solymar beach resort is not the most expensive resort in the Hurghada/Safaga area, but it’s also not the cheapest. Because of this, we were expecting it to be quite middle-of-the-range in terms of quality. At every turn, we were pleasantly surprised and delighted.
The staff were friendly and courteous - whether at the reception, in the restaurant, or walking past someone watering the grass, you are guaranteed a friendly greeting. Everyone is quick to know their customers - after just a day in our usual spot on the beach, Ahmed knew our usual order. The hyper-energetic Magic Entertainment team members were also quick to build rapport and make us feel included in the resort vibes.
We plunged immediately into extreme relaxation with a “honeymoon massage” at the spa, which included time in the dry and steam saunas, a special hammam exfoliation ritual on a heated marble slab, a full-body Dead Sea mud wrap, and an oil massage. The masseuses were talkative and playful - possibly not to everyone’s taste, but this seems to be the Egyptian way and certainly got me smiling and giggling along.
There is not a moment of the day when you might be at risk of going hungry. From the early breakfast in the main restaurant, to the late breakfast at the beach, to the drinks and snacks on offer throughout the day at the pool bar and restaurant, there is always a wide array of quality F&B choices. There is some variation from day -to-day options, and it’s always worth checking out the “fresh-from-the-grill” area to see what the day’s speciality may be. Part of the stay includes one complementary meal at one of the two a la carte restaurants (Italian/Egyptian) where the food is a level or two up from what’s served in the buffets. Go hungry - the Egyptian meal included a starter of hot and cold mezze, a soup, a main course and a dessert (with alternative plant-based and kiddies’ menus).
The resort has done a lot to ensure that it is eco friendly. Apart from the usual request to hang up towels to save water on unnecessary cleaning, they also purify their own water, which is left in your room in chilled glass bottles (it tastes a little weird, but it’s good for the planet).
Overall, highly recommend the Solymar resort.

訪訪客First of all, a huge compliment to the Kempinski Soma Bay staff for their extremely kind, helpful and attentive attitude which makes for a pampering holiday. In the following text I'll refer to my experiences in the different areas of the hotel. - Laguna Lounge Club: The service and cooking staff were outstanding and excellent. They could easily read your wishes as they remembered the preferences of previous orders and felt encouraged to ask for special requests. We were therefore extremely grateful to be able to order Egyptian breakfast and dinner every day! We thank Mr. Diaa (Manager), Mr. Abdel Fattah, Mr. Mohamed, Mr. Barsoum, Mr. Bassem, Mr. Sameh, Mr. Khadre and the others for their courtesy and speed at every moment, no matter how stressful and challenging the day was. - Room Service: Many thanks to Mr. Moaz for cleaning and tidying our room twice a day. Your respectful and friendly attitude will stay with us. - Beach Service: The beach staff were very accommodating, always going the extra mile to fulfil requests. Thank you for regularly checking our needs and for your good humour despite working in the hot sun! - Concierge: Lovely Mr. Ahmed, who miraculously solves any problem you can think of. He came to our aid and made it possible for us to track down a lost mobile phone when my son left it in a taxi. - Guest Relations: We would like to give a big compliment to Mr Pascale from Guest Relation. He organised the day trips to Cairo and Luxor in the most efficient way. - The Lady in Red: Likewise, Ms. Yousr, the Lady in Red, was our quick helping hand and her reliable demeanour never left us alone, even taking care of us on excursions by phone. Indeed, Soma Bay is the crown jewel of the Egyptian coast in which the Kempinski Soma Bay is embedded. The most beautiful beaches and coral reefs are to be found here.

We have just returned from a week's stay. It is difficult to clearly rate this hotel. Starting with the pluses, it's a nice beach with an almost sandy entrance (although it's worth having shoes for rocks) and plenty of comfortable sun loungers. A nice pier from which you can go snorkeling in the sea (although there is little reef). The swimming pools are also ok, although sometimes you have to fight for sunbeds. Nice view and tasty Ala Carte restaurant. As for the minuses, in our opinion, poor food, unwashed drink cups, poor quality alcohol and ”cola, fanta, etc.” drinks from drink dispensers. There's also a small selection. You really have to pay extra for juices. Not much seafood, we only saw shrimp once. There are also long queues for dishes served by staff, which extends the time of serving meals. During a barbecue/dinner on the beach, too few places to sit and terrible queues. Poor pasta, pizza and sandwiches 3/10. There are a lot of Arabs who behave terribly in the common areas, cut into queues, eat and drink and litter in the pool. The rooms are outdated, but they will work. Especially the bathrooms should be better to this standard. The hairdryer didn't work and the bathroom was sometimes dirty. Although the staff tried their best, especially Ahmed. He is very polite and helpful. The hotel deserves 2 or 3 stars. The hotel shop is poorly equipped with souvenirs. Reception polite and helpful. Bartenders vary (sometimes they pour stale, warm beers instead of fresh ones from the fridge, and you have to pay attention.) Sometimes they even try to give you beakers of three beers... Very long distance to Hurghada and turistic places
