凱瑟琳廣場酒店(Catherine Plaza Hotel)

Es el hotel al que vas cuando visitas el monasterio de Santa Catalina. El hotel tiene habitaciones muy deterioradas, baño en muy malas condiciones y cama, ropa de cama y colchón viejos. La comida es tipo buffet como el desayuno y la verdad uno lo come porque no hay otra cosa. No lo recomiendo, pero creo que no hay otro lugar por la zona.

O hotel é horroroso. O staff é atencioso, mas tudo é muito tosco. Tudo é velho, tudo é sujo. No banheiro do lobby nem havia descarga em todas as privadas, não havia sabonete! Os quartos também são muito sujos, mobiliário muito velho, metais enferrujados, roupas de cama empoeiradas, banheiro caindo aos pedaços. Detalhe: estávamos em um grupo de quase 30 pessoas, e apenas alguns conseguiram tomar um banho quente, pois não há água armazenada suficiente para todos! Isso num lugar frio… Era quase inverno, precisamos ligar o aquecedor (que nem todos os quartos têm). Muitos, como eu, tiveram crise alérgica severa. Enfim, esse foi o preço (altíssimo) que pagamos para poder subir o Monte Sinai, visto que a região é precária em hospedagem.

I am sorry to say that this is one of the worst hotels I have stayed in. The rooms were dirty, the food was basic and the entire place was run-down and unwelcoming (within minutes of my arrival the security guard was asking for money to look after my hire car that was parked on hotel property!). I only stayed because the other hotels I checked in the village were no better or worse. The photos on this website may have been correct in the past, but certainly not today. The area around St Catherine is stunning but please note that the entire village is a building site with new hotels, streets, etc being built. Noise and dust everywhere! Most people visit for a day trip or one overnight stay at most. WiFi is only available in the hotel reception and cost $1 per day. I was not expecting 4* rooms and service but clean rooms would have been a basic requirement (to be fair the beds were comfortable and there was lots of hot water). The reception area and dining room were dark, cold and miserable. I appreciate it must be difficult to keep rooms and surroundings clean in the middle of a building site, but if the reception area was warm and welcoming it would have made a nice escape from the rooms when using WiFi.

Haunted House will bad smell everywhere. Broken sockets broken tables broken W.C broken taps broken soap dispensers. I would suggest to sleep in the car rather than wasting money on this horrible place. Rooms are over priced with no facilities at all . No heaters . Dirty towels smelly rooms. Smelly lobby. Smelly dining areas. Its just terrible

has to be last option to book if no other hotels are available. the rooms are big and spacious thats the only good part. now the bad parts. 1) bath rooms dont have locks in many rooms. 2) no hot water available. 3) NO INTERCOMS TO CALL THE RECEIPTION OR ANY BODY HAVE TO WALK ALL THE WAY DOWN TO THE RECEIPTION FOR ANY REQUIREMENT. 4) food dont need to write anything. 5 the receiption smells of smoke

The hotel was the worst ever. It had no hot water. Mosquitoes everywhere. The rooms were filthy. Service was terrible. No WiFi. The meals provided were horrible. I don’t recommend this hotel at all. I feel I was conned to believe this was a appropriate place to stay. Sleeping out in the open is better than staying here. Wouldn’t recommend this to even an enemy

hotel simples, parecia que estava a muito tempo sem receber hospedes, provável devido a pandemia, mas ótima localização para quem quer subir o monte sinai, bom atendimento e boa janta
