貝爾維城堡酒店(Hotel Chateau Bellevue)

Pour le prix je m'attendais à avoir une chambre un peu plus chic, pas nécessairement luxueuse, mais un minimum plus chic. A notre arrivée la première chose que nous avons vu dans la chambre sais la tête de lit endommagé, a quel point la chambre était petite et la vu n'était pas très belle, c'était un peu gênant et le frigo a fait du bruit toute la nuit. Par contre, les gens a la réception ont été incroyablement gentil et ont offert un service personnalisé.

Chambre vétuste, trés sombre, trés encombrée, bruits de l'extérieur et de l'intérieur, plaque de diffusion de la clim en partie détachée, TV limitée et prix trés élevé pour ce type de prestation, cette chambre ne correspond pas à celle réservée initialement?

Although I was on a business trip, I selected this hotel based on its proximity to the famed Chateau Frontenac, the primary tourist sight in Quebec City, as well as the main street for shopping and dining. In fact, the Hotel Chateau Bellevue is within a city block of the Chateau Frontenac and at the base of the citadel, which is just a short climb up the street from the hotel. Breakfast buffet was a traditional French assortment of baked goods, crepes wtih maple syrup, cheeses, and fruits. The hotel desk staff also serve as the parking valet. The room was small and bed was only a double, but it was very comfortable. I would stay here again.

Front desk people were incredibly nice. Always wiling to help. The free coffee, tee, at the lobby is a life changer definitely, totally appreciated that room, despite being very small, is comfortable and has what we need, so no complains there. The location is incredible, just in front of all the fun. On the areas of opportunity, I saw the same in most hotels, they dont have a ramp, so you have to carry your luggage up. And last, the hotel has this tiny round WC, its like for kids, there are very few things you do at a hotel, and using the bathroom is one of them, so its urgent that they change the tiny toilet seats that they have.

Short summary I cannot recommend this hotel. We drove 17 hrs only to get put into the wrong room the first night on one of the most uncomfortable beds I have ever experienced. The room was maybe 140sq ft and stuffed full of what looked like the old unused furniture. 2nd and 3rd nights were in the proper room and it was fine, room was fought 220sq ft and allowed us to have a little space. The area around the hotel nice, bit of a tourist trap but was expected. Quebec city 15 years ago was better, sad to see everything become such a money grab. We were only there for business so didn't spend much time taking in the tours. Lastly the tacked on fees are what killed any recommendation for this hotel. 25 per pet per night and $25 a night Valet parking (which is an empty lot behind the building). So by checkout time we had an $225 in extras for only a 3 night stay and no breakfast included.

Bien situé, dans la cour du Château Frontenac. Accueil et réception super-accueillante, service empressé et efficace, y inclus pour la parking-valet. Mobilier et détails un peu vieillots, à rafraîchir, mais confortables et adéquats

Bien mais décevant que la piscine soit a 10 mins de marche

The location is perfect for walking to many restaurants and tourist sites. The staff was super friendly and very helpful. The building/room is charming and very clean. The area was quite quiet.
