馬克伽芬城堡酒店(Schlosshotel Zum Markgrafen)

Personal sehr freundlich, sauber und tolle Lage in einem kleinen Park oberhalb des Marktplatzes. Aus meiner Sicht insgesamt aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen, ausgefranste Handtücher, Raumduft im Treppenhaus, Türen etwas hellhörig und die Matratze war auch schon ein paar Tage im Einsatz. Preis-Leistung damit in Ordnung, aber nicht mit anderen 4-Sterne-Häusern zu vergleichen.

Ein schönes Schlosshotel fußläufig in drei Minuten vom Marktplatz entfernt. Die Besitzer haben es authentisch renoviert und mit viel Liebe fürs Details ausgestattet. Das Frühstück war lecker und es fehlte an nichts. Dank des guten Wetters konnten wir es auf der Terasse einnehmen. Aber auch der Frühstücksraum war sehr ansprechend. Wir hatten das Glück ein Zimmer mit Blick über die roten Dächer Quedlinburgs zu bewohnen. Wer dieses Glück nicht hat, schaut auf den zum Hotel gehörenden Park. Extratipp: Vom obersten Stockwerk führt eine Holztreppe auf die Dachterrasse - der Blick über Quedlinburg ist herrlich! Wer noch höher hinaus will, kann den vom Hotelpark erreichbaren Sternenkiekerturm besteigen. Das Team war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir haben in den Gesprächen mit ihnen einige Anregungen für unseren Aufenthalt erhalten - vielen Dank dafür! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Spezielles Hotel in altem Schloss. Thema sind im ganzen Haus Ritter. Unsere Suite war im Barockstil ausgerüstet. Sehr gute Lage nahe dem Zentrum. Der fehlende Lift kann für die oberen Etagen ein Problem sein. Feines, individuelles Frühstück (Food-Waste!). Eigener Parkplatz.

Schönes altes Schloss mit auch alten stilvoll eingerichteten Zimmern. Personal durchwegs freundlich und hilfsbereit. Idealer Ort um die Stadt zu erkunden. Grosse Parkanlage um auszuruhen. Bietet nur Frühstück an aber in der Stadt hat es genügend Restaurants

The hotel was lovingly renovated. A beautiful place with an amazing view over the old town. Just a couple of minutes walk to the old town square. No elevator! All rooms are on the 3rd floor.

We really liked the history and the tour of the castle.The room was nice.There was a small fire in the maintenance room and the alarm went off.The staff extinguished the fire but did not call the fire department. That night the heating system and the hot water did not work. There is no staff in the building at night which did not make us feel comfortable. Things can happen but overall it was wonderful staying in a castle. We would definately stay here again.

Fascinated place to stay, Especially when you hear the history and how the owners have renovated the whole house. A small castle or a big villa in the city center. Spacious room with old furnitures, we had a beautiful view from our room. Nice to sit in the bar in the evening, there was also a terrace on the roof where you could sit and have a drink. It’s not a place for disabled people because there were no lift and many stairs.

We were told to wait another hour, even though we arrived at the time required.This hotel is placed with easy access to the center of the city, but with no streetnoice. We got a room under the roof, so lots of stairs and no elevator. The room was nice, but quite dusty. There was no proper curtain.

We were pleasantly surprised at just how grand this castle is and on large grounds overlooking the old town of Altstadt just a couple minutes walk. Our double room was large and well appointed and bathrooms were fresh. Romantic. An incredible terrace on the roof with views that no other property has in town. They were very kind to us. Happy to have chosen this hotel. Unique to other hotels anywhere.
