We was took “The Q train”so stay there,was good.house nice and easy for stay!I will come back again.

Great location and good size modern cabin. A few very grumpy staff members were pretty disappointing. Also the upkeep and gardens were a bit shabby. Expect better for $540 a night. Finally, although we should have had late check out with the Perks membership, we were told ‘that’s subject to availability and we don’t offer it as we don’t have availability’. Pretty ridiculous.

The holiday park was great for me and my little one (3.5yr old). Excellent service from the staff and welcoming. Playground, indoor play area, games room and pool was well maintained and great for my little one to explore. Local site seeing places and things to do during the day around the park also. I would highly recommend to anyone to go there to stay.

The most amazing part of the stay with Ingenia queenscliff was our lovely accommodation C2 villa, we had 9 of our family and friends staying in other cabins in the park to celebrate our daughter’s wedding on the Saturday night at Jack Rabbit. We had 3 nights stay to let the young grandchildren enjoy the stay playing in the fun games area and jumping mat . We had BBQ most nights and enjoyed the great area just outside our villa . A big thank you to Tara, she knows this for her as she did a wonderful job getting us in early and making sure we were happy with our accommodation. Thanks again Tara 👍

This was the second time I'd stayed there with the kids. Rooms were cosy and very clean. The self contained units have everything you need for your stay, the kids loved the games room, the go karts etc. The bouncing pillow at the front was deflated a few times because of the wet weather, but the kids got to burn energy off in the indoor pool. Both times the staff have been excellent.

Everything about the staff, villa, grounds, BBQs, games room were all five star Had a lovely winter three night stay at a great price Comfotable beds. Good quality linen Kitchen had everything you could possibly need Loved it all

fabulous family place to stay kids friendly pool kids games bouncing pad. Cabins clean everything from kitchen fridge bathroom and rooms. Close to shopping,dining and beaches. Our third visit and now planning for summer holidays. love it love it love it.
