離鎮中心遠，周邊沒有任何吃的，自己找位置，沒有前台，全部自助，打電話n次一天到晚打不通，衞生這輩子住過最差的，請問誰敢用你這個被子？這麼噁心人，白天熱的不行空調也沒有，酒店又老又舊，酒店在半山坡上，行李全靠自己走樓梯抬，總結一個字，差！沒住過這麼垃圾的酒店，這種酒店誰住誰倒黴。

歷史悠久的房子改建，很有韻味。性價比很高，湖景房，很安靜。衞生標準很高，前台服務人員也非常貼心，一直詢問需不需要幫助。還準備了牛奶和咖啡。廚房特別好用，各種工具豐富，便於操作。停車位充足，出門也特別方便，到皇后鎮中心絲滑。

非常喜歡皇后鎮的這家酒店，直面湖景還能做菜 房間內有洗衣機烘乾機洗碗機 停車也方便，離鎮中心開車也就5分鐘，真的很棒

是這次新西蘭之旅最為滿意的一家酒店，就在湖邊景色一流沒得説，廚房全套設施設備齊全，所有餐具都很好，很有家的感覺，很適合躺上一個星期。從酒店走下去就是Frankton walkway，可以沿着湖邊一直走到鎮中心，大概要走30分鐘，這應該是它唯一可以成為缺點的點了吧。不過對於本來就適合閑逛的皇后鎮，這點距離可以忽略不計。另外就是基本就是全自助服務，沒見過前台有開過門😅 如果再來皇后鎮一定還會選這裏的😘😘😘

We took our little family with young 3 children with us on this trip and we had the best time staying at this place. The kids loved to stay here a lot. We could see the beautiful views from both our bedroom and the living room. The view is stunning. The place is clean and spacious. The kitchen, bathroom and laundry are are all well-maintained. Great location as only a few minutes drive to all the main places, restaurants, shops/ supermarkets. We will definitely come back to stay next time we’re in Queenstown.

設施都還不錯，服務實在不符要求。完全自助。天冷沒有空調，暖氣爐壞了修補了，也不給換房，衹能用他們不知從地窖裏拿出來的電油汀，勉強抗凍。要求星級服務的繞過，性價比不高，不推薦

We occupied unit #19 for 2 nights during the the first week of January. The 1 bedroom was clean and had a laundry but was not exceptional. There were many steep stairs both from the parking to the unit and from the unit down to the lakeside path into town. We were disappointed that this unit, which we reserved in July, had no clear view of the lake: The roofs of buildings downslope obscured most the view even when standing, as did a hedge. Prior to arriving in NZ we could not get responses to emails, texts or a phone message. We were able to reach Hello, the mgt firm, from Te Anau 3 days prior to arriving at Queenstown.

My husband and I stayed at Villa del Lago for three nights while visiting Queenstown and absolutely recommend this location. The complex is very easy to find and self-check in, close to many eateries and shopping, and has a tremendous view of the lake and beautiful mountains. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances, cookware, dishes and utensils. Lovely grocery store options available nearby. We had a rental car and there’s free, onsite parking so we easily accessed tour operator locations (bungy jumping, Southern Alps flyover, Milford Sound cruise) and side trips to see the country.

I can not understand how this property is getting five stars. There are zero amenities. No one to assist you with moving your luggage down 34 stairs to your villa. It helps to have a car to drive around to your villa. But you still have 25 stairs to deal with even if you had a car. We didn't have one. There are no services, although you do have a W/D. Towel washing is on you. There is a small kitchen. But you have to have a car to get food items. And if you enjoy being near the airport, this is the place because the property is near a departure runway. So close, you can almost read the tail number. The view is so-so and certainly not worth the hassles. We stayed because there was nowhere else to go at a moments notice.

Excellent accommodation. Before we arrived, clear instructions were given on parking and key which we had no problem following. Great contactless check in. Location is prime. Just 10mins from airport and 10mins from city center. Peaceful surrounding. We had a lake view room and indeed the view was superb. It was wonderful to wake up to. Room facilities were comprehensive. Fully equipped kitchen with all sorts of utensils, fridge, washing needs. Nice fire place that auto regulate. Bed was comfortable. Toilet was spacious. Room was very clean. In fact, the room was so comfortable that we overslept on the day of check out. Housekeeping team was really understanding and gave us some extra time to get ready. (Thank you!) I would stay here again if ever in Queenstown.
