Nice and clean spacious room. Location is a bit far off from the town centre, not too bad for us cuz we drove, about 5-10min. Good for those who are looking for somewhere quieter.

Very beautiful place, good amenities too! Can consider for your stay!

Constant hassle from check in to attend their timeshare presentations, including early morning phone calls to the room and interception when walking around! Room was ok, expensive for what it was and the sloped roof meant no sleep during night time rain. No breakfast available unless you attended their presentation! 1 e-bike for the whole resort and no facility to book other bikes, so they were all taken. Swimming pool was minuscule, looked nothing like the photos.

Nous avons séjourné 2 nuits dans cet hôtel. Les prestations n’étaient pas au rdv : l’hôtel est excentré (2,5km du centre ville), aucun nettoyage de chambre entre les 2 nuits (même la poubelle n’a pas été vidée) et pas de table pour le petit déjeuner (uniquement un coin salon).

Club Wyndham Wanaka felt like a corporate hotel! It didn't really ooze individual charm. I reckon within 90 seconds of checking in we were being given the corporate Time Share sell!! That said our typical box hotel room was clean and quiet. The bed was enormous and we had a great nights sleep. It felt there was a very clear divide between Time Share owners and paying guests. As guests we felt an inferior species!! Beware it is a bit out of town. Twenty + minute walk to the bars and cafe's and that was down a hill! Remember you have to walk back up! That said, what a walk into town, the lake shore is beautiful. Wyndham Wanaka is an ok hotel, with its pool, great for families, perhaps for us we would have preferred something a little less commercial.

This hotel is located out of the main area of Wanaka and for that we were grateful as Wanaka was so busy! It is a bit of walk into the main area for dinner so we were pleased we had a car. Our room was perfectly servicable, clean and adequately appointed. Room fairly warm and glad we were not there in the height of summer as it would be very hot with no air conditioning. Reception area was under renovations during our stay but staff were still happy to serve a night cap drink which we enjoyed sitting outside. Plenty of people using the pool area, everything well maintained.

Great value, kitchenette, clean room, nice balcony with chairs, great pool with slide, free bikes to use, but no view. We used the bikes to ride along the lake. Book well ahead as it fills up. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Totally recommend this hotel.
