阿里納斯德爾瑪海濱及雨林度假村(Arenas Del Mar Beachfront & Rainforest Resort Member of the Cayuga Collection)

Beautiful location and for the most part the service was great. First the pluses ....beach is super and the staff down by the beach was friendly and welcoming and they do a great job of creating safety (lots of lifeguard drills it appeared!) and overall the sense of a lovely vacation feel. There are golf carts to take you everywhere on the property, which is pretty necessary as the property is steep and quite spread out. You just give a call and someone shows up in minutes. Many of the drivers have a great personality, just made it surprising when a few of them seemed not friendly--and for us there was no need to speak English--I was always happy to try my Spanish! Ditto for the staff in the main restaurant--some were friendly and welcoming and a few others were all business and not very welcoming or patient. On with the plus items...the beds are very comfortable, rooms are private and quiet, and the policy of free mini bar snacks (with free restocking) is wonderful! The monkeys and iguanas --and sloths--on the property are terrific. There is a dinner in the beach restaurant on Wednesdays, Sats and Suns and since we were only there for the Wed dinner, I wish that the staff at breakfast had reminded us of it and also, there could be a small guide in the room that would include the beach dinner evening schedule as well as a map of the nature trail --with distances. We wanted to walk it ourselves, without their guide, but didn't have a good sense of the overall length of the trail. There was a little sense that they wanted to encourage us to sign up for their guided (for a fee) walk. The food in the main restaurant was good, but not exceptional and the dinners are quite expensive. The breakfast has many choices and again, it's good but not exceptional--but nice that it's included in the room price. Overall, however, it's a lovely place, clearly the nicest place to stay in Manuel Antonio, but also quite pricey, which you know if you're reading this! Trip.com had the best price by far, at least for November.

Dieses Luxushotel war die Höhepunkt unserer Reise. Es liegt auf der Anhöhe, mit einem unglaublichen Blick auf den Traumstrand und direktem Strandzugang sowie zwei Restaurants (eins am Strand) und zwei kleinen Pools. Die Zimmer (wir hatten auch „nur“ ein Standardzimmer) haben zwar wenig Stauraum, sind aber alle mit Meerblick ausgestattet, modern eingerichtet und verfügen über eine All-Inclusive-Minibar und einen einmaligen, kostenfreien Wäscheservice. Das Personal ist freundlich, fröhlich, hilfsbereit, motiviert - man merkt, dass sie sich hier selbst wohlfühlen. Wir wären gerne noch länger geblieben.

Pas à la hauteur d’un 5 étoiles ..quelle déception ! Chambre petite et médiocre pour le prix (+ 800 euros la nuit) salle de bain pas fonctionnelle (douche qui ne se vide pas, pas de ventilation, petite et we dans la salle de bain) ..chambre 791b à éviter elle n’est supérieure que de nom !! Restaurant et vin chers plat pas à la hauteur du prix exorbitant. Au restaurant on a l’impression d’être dans une cantine. Pas de charme. Seul atout la plage privée … Sincèrement il y a mieux pour le prix ! Ne mérite pas un arrêt ni ses 5 étoiles

Habitaciones, vistas, acceso a la playa, trasporte interno: excelentes. Servicio en restaurantes deficitario y nada amable. Sentí y vi que por ser NACIONAL no había una sonrisa ni atención esmerada alguna, pero sí para los extranjeros, en su mayoría de EEUU.

Wunderschön gelegenes Hotel in unmittelbarer Nähre des Manuel Antonio Parks. Die Zimmer haben einen gigantischen Ausblick und verfügen über eine schöne Terrasse, die zum Verweilen einlädt. Der Privatstadt ist ein absolutes Paradies. Das Essen ist sehr lecker und es werden viele Varianten angeboten. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Definitivamente este hotel es increíblemente espectacular!!! Iría mil veces más!!! Lo amé……….!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! lo recomiendo a ojos cerrados, es un paraíso!!!!! Mi familia disfrutó muchísimo de la comida, de la playa y del excelente staff

Muy linda propriedad con la misma fauna en sitio que en el parque Manuel Antonio. Personal muy amable, buenos tours dentro de la propiedad [tomen el tour nocturno]. Esperaba mas de los restaurantes, bueno, sin mas, pero overpriced a mi gusto.

La nature qu'on trouve autour de l'hôtel c'est magnifique, on a vu des paresseux, des singes à tête blanche (Cebus capucinus) et aussi le singe écureuil de l'Amérique centrale. On a accès a deux plages différentes, l'hôtel donne l'impression d'être immergé dans la forêt, c'est impressionnant !!!! On à côté le parc national Manuel Antonio, une très bonne option pour découvrir la nature. Vous avez en plus des merveilleuses cascades pas très loin de l'hôtel Arenas. Bref, on recommande à 500% cet hôtel et surtout l'excellente Spa. Merci

Meilleur destination pour les vacances ! Restaurant super, beaucoup de variétés (végétarien)(gluten)surtout pour les petits déjeuner, l'hôtel au top, et des randonnées nocturne que j'ai vraiment beaucoup apprécié ! Je recommande à tout le monde de pouvoir passer un séjour dans cette hôtel, il es situé en face de la plage et vraiment j'insiste les activités son au top ! Merci encore pour ce séjour !
