祕密莫西卡曼海灘成人全包度假村(Secrets Moxché Playa del Carmen - Adults Only - All Inclusive)

Excelentes instalaciones y muy buena atención al huésped. En cuanto a limpieza tienen sillones de playa que están manchados . La comida excelente. Por el precio creo pueden dar un vino de mejor calidad sin necesidad de cobrarlo extra.

Amazing resort, top notch staff. I have frequented the Mayan Riviera for 20 years and this is the best resort yet! Not for a party scene, mote relaxed and older visitors. That said, the club at the resort is one of the best i have seen

There was loud construction noise the first day we got to the resort. We called the front desk. They said they will handle it. We thought they will so we went out and enjoy the weather. By the time we went back to the hotel room. There were constant ringing on the phone. We pick it up and it is selling timeshare. We refused immediately. But we still found time share flying under our door later in the day. The 2nd day 8am in the morning, the time share thing called again. 8am!!!!!! We are here on vacation. We do not need a morning call like this. This is getting annoying and We refused again. And then at 9am, the construction next door started drilling with loud noise. Can’t they let us sleep? We called the front desk every fifteen minutes. And they said they will handle it in the phone every time. And nothing is solved. We couldn’t sleep at all. So we went out instead. And later in the day. Time share called again and again even after we refused it. We feel like we are being stalked and harassed by time share. This is not a vacation at all. We didn’t rest well. We didn’t sleep well.

Me encantó la calidad del servicio y los detalles de la habitación. El show y la disco también estuvieron geniales.

Pues se descompuso el aire acondicionado socio así en todo el hotel así que los últimos dos dias no fueron agradables por el calor
