費尼克斯酒店(Fenix Hotel)

Durante mi visita al hotel, me gustó mucho, sobre todo la atención al cliente. El personal estuvo atento todo el tiempo a pesar de ser el único en esa área, solo una pequeña recomendación sería bueno que el restaurante cuente con más meseros para que la atención sea aún más placentera. Bueno en fin, el personal me atendió y me trató con mucha amabilidad durante mi permanencia, muy buena comida. Gracias

Es importante que publiquen los precios reales de las habitaciones, supuestamente marcan precios con descuento y cuando llegue al hotel me cobraron los impuestos que era prácticamente el valor marcado sin el descuento. Por lo demas, todo bien

La pase genial tal cual fue la primera vez que me hospede, buena atención del personal de todas las areas, buen desayuno buffet, lo seguiré escogiendo sin duda por la cercanía al coliseo y entre otros lugares que requiero. Gracias

Tuve un inconveniente entre lo que reserve con ******* y lo que me dieron, por cuanto en ******* pague por una habitación individual superior, y me asignaron una habitación individual standard, por el mismo valor, incluso, pese a que ******* decía impuestos incluidos, allá me cobraron el IVA

I stayed at the Fenix hotel with my family. We have a great experience, the attention of the staff was excellent, the hotel was clean as well as our rooms. The breakfast was varied and the staff was attentive to stocking the food during it. Although the area is high traffic, the rooms we were assigned allowed us to rest without interruptions. I'll be back in the future!

I stayed in the same room on the second floor for three non-consecutive nights during an 11-day trip to Ecuador. The spacious wood themed room featured a large, flatscreen television and (as would be expected in an urban setting) a strong wifi signal. The neighborhood unlike other places I’ve stayed in Quito seemed very quiet. Unlike a few members of my group, I did not experience any difficulties with the hot water supply. The choices for the breakfast buffet were adequate, and the staff at the front desk helpful and very accommodating.

El cuarto es limpio y los empleados son muy atentos y gentiles. Se ve moderno y los cuartos son sensillos pero eficaces.

Despues de realizar el pago total de la reservacion por internet, al final en el hotel me cobraron nuevamente el supuesto iva es decir me terminaron cobrando en dos ocasiones sin darme ninguna explicacion sustentable
