波薩達德爾梅柏旅館(Hostal Posada del Maple)

We stayed there for 3 days and it was good enough. Our room was very warm and comfortable, with plenty of space to put our clothes on, there was a hot shower and a very nice breakfast included (coffee, fruits, juice, croissant and eggs). It is located in a very calm and charming street, in a safe neighborhood.

We really enjoyed our stay at Posada del Maple. The room was clean and comfortable and our shower was perfectly hot. It even had a private patio surrounded by flowers from the Redvein flowering maple after which the hostel is named. We had breakfast one morning and it was delicious. We were also able to store our bags while we went out to explore Quito. The location was great. Quiet street with restaurants nearby in Plaza Foch. A bank and a nearby pharmacy came in handy. Our host was very, very kind. My husband became ill the day we were supposed to catch a night bus to Lago Agrio. She got him comfortable on the couch and made him tea (this was all after we’d checked out). When we decided we could not travel she set us up for another night and even checked in on him in the morning. All in all, a great place to stay that I can’t recommend more.

The receptionist went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and answered all of our questions. She was very helpful and she alone deserves five stars. The room was comfortable, we pretty much needed a place to crash after our daily activities. I would recommend taking an uber at night, but during the day is safe to walk around. There are a lot of bars and restaurants nearby and La Floresta is a 5 min uber drive from there, so the location was very convenient.

Darwin was very nice and easy to get along with. He was helpful and had good recommendations and good communication. I would recommend for anyone looking for a quiet place in Quito on pretty street in La Mariscal. Close enough to bars and restaurants if that is your thing, but quiet enough to get away from it all. Lovely little place. Darwin is amazing! Rooms are lovely and clean, everyone is happy to help and its close to everything. Can also get breakfast if needed. Really recommend staying here, very safe and friendly

During my stay in Quito I stayed at this hostel. It is well located, near Plaza Foch. Further, the personal and the whole service was top-notch. The bathroom is very clean and well maintained. It is a wonderful place to stay when you are visiting Quito. It is in short my favorite place. Cheers!

The proprietors were exceptional. They went far beyond expectations. Friendly, helpful, pleasant, professional, non-intrusive. Loved my room! Wouldn't consider any other accommodations for my next trip, in the Spring.
