第一次參觀RIU karamboa,這是一次多麼愉快的經歷。從入住到離開員工,除了友好之外,沒有什麼,清潔工,接待員,酒吧員工,藝人等等.....都非常有禮貌,樂於行人。食物真好吃,而且種類也多。我從來沒有吃過,而且很美味。泳池酒吧的工作人員是您所遇到的最有趣的人,酒吧在上午10:30開門,從開到關他們總是微笑,笑着,唱歌着,他們只是讓您感到非常歡迎。酒店本身是5*的評級,我們在整個過程中都擁有5*的服務,令人驚歎的10天,當新翻新發生時,我們肯定會返回。奧布里加達:)

他超越了我們所有的期望。房間很寬,很漂亮,牀很舒服,寬,室很棒。一頓驚人的早餐,如各種產品, tortillas, eggs, tortitas, etc.,他們正在給你做。很容易通過酒店招外部服務和遊覽。非常快和細的工作人員。位於美麗的沙爾·裏沙灘上,我們房間裏有你看到的。這邊的海灘還很少被,所以很快去那兒玩。它的木台也給我們帶來了很大的驚喜。飲料服務很棒。從這個大或酒店的海灘可以看到美麗的午餐。

Went with on open view after reading the mixed reviews. Been to so many rui hotels before so truly believed we would be ok ,but this hotel lets the side down big time. What a shock .definitely not 5 star more of a struggling 3. Could not wait to get home .First the good points ,the staff are brilliant. Friendly and will do all they can to help. Unfortunately it ends there .the hotel is very tierd looking and shabby. Rooms awfull .First room stunk of sewerage ,we changed rooms .bulbs kept blowing .patio door was practically hanging off.the room was extremely dark and dingy as are all the corridoors.toilet system kept running through out the night. Towels are thread bare ,hardly cover you at all .sheets were often stained. Shower gel not replaced . Take your own shampoo ect as they dont supply any. tatty furniture . You only get bottled water in the fridge.its all very tierd looking .food was Extremely repetitive, everyday the same.flies all over the food .no covering .very sloopy ,mostly overcooked deep fried food . pizza base was allways raw .take no notice of the food description .its almost allways wrong.so if you have an allergy be very carefull .we had very poorly tummys. The daily cooked meats were OK but you get one slice Pool area has brown what looks like rust marks all over the pool .tiles loose,loose wooden planks .People were cutting there feet in the pool .extremely run down .I sliced my toe open . Drinks are unbranded .cocktails are cheap slushies .tea and coffee horrible .entertainment was dreadfull except for one night . The hotel is massive .there are no lifts .make sure you take all your meds as there is no chemist ,some shops on site but very expensive .daily entertainment over runs each other ,eg you play bowles .then you are left to it so the staff can start something else .they do work really hard and are very friendly. Over all .I couldn't wait to get home ,would never return or recommend this hotel to anyone .shame as I was really looking forward to it
