Did not like that no staff were on site or available in the lobby, had to check in at a site 200 yards away. Listed free breakfast, however, there was no breakfast or coffee available for guests. Room was adequate and what you would expect from a $50 motel, not too clean but not overtly disarray.

When i arrived to check in, my room had been reserved and paid for in advance #72435461618853...i was required to pay $100 for them to hold which i wasnt expecting but was returned to me at checkout. Online the room i booked advertised free breakfast however when me & my fiance attempted to get breakfast we were asked to pay for breakfast which we refused & got breakfast after we left. The room was nice other than no source of heating in the bathroom area at all. We froze while showering. I have booked with ********** before but this was the first bad experience.

A couple of down checks, that made the building feel fairly sketchy. The front desk is closed. The Door in is locked, there's just a sign saying check in next door at the Quality Inn. The picture shown is not current. Throughout the building there is a LOT of work that needs to be done to improve appearances. Doors are beat up, marks on the hallway walls, old damage in the rooms painted over. I'm assuming a ceiling fan or heat lamp/light was covered with a ceiling tile and roughly painted around. Appearance wise, it need a LOT of work to get it looking NICE. ALL that said. Its inexpensive. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were clean and the TV worked fine. And it was quiet. I would stay again, just wish I had known better wat to expect.

The door did not have a privacy door latch. The lock door lock did not work properly. I was awoken every time the front outside door opens and slams shut. My room was next to the front door.

Hotel was run down, bedding clean but stained, flower beds full of ****s, walls stained and dirty, floors heavily soiledand sticky. Continental breakfast was a bottle of water, unwashed apple and Hostess cake.

I understand it’s a budget hotel. No attendant in econo lodge building no heat in lobby room heat turned off when entered. Heater lackluster at best when it was working. The building should be condemned I would not stay there again if I was paid to do so. Absolutely terrible

The property wasn’t the problem at all. The staff was amazing. YOU ******* was the issue. You didn’t push my booking through therefore I had to pay AGAIN with the promise of YOU reimbursing me. They were extremely nice and talked me through what would happen from check in on. Even charged me less than you did *******! I expect my refund immediately from you and I will be using another booking app from here on because this is twice this has happened booking through you and there will not be a third

Run down motel looks like it was used to house illegals at one time. We stayed two nights all cleaning crew did was replace the one towel we used and empty the trash can. Didn’t even make the beds or refill the coffee . Way further from our destination than stated on app. Dark only one lamp in room. Luckily they replaced the old carpet in our room with vinyl flooring . Other rooms still had 25 year old carpet . Did I mention the giant wasp nest hanging from the tree between our hotel and the one we need to walk to to check in and out since they have no front desk service . Would not recommend.

Rooms were not as depicted on *******. Very dated. Paint peeling in rooms. No lighting for bedtime reading. Interior hallways and rooms need to be refurbished. 2-story building but no elevator. Did not have container for ice in room but front desk delivered promptly when called on cell phone because no method of communication with front desk in room (no phone). Not terrible for one night but don't think there will be a second visit.
