No proper service in room for hot water for bathroom not coming shower was leaking and not attended by service person and hot water not supplied till check out Bath taken with cold water Not bothered for customer Bisleri water not provided

Food and service is good but receptionst came late so i have to manage with soft copy invoice. cleanliness of bedsheets is an area of improvement.

I left early my room. Due to that skipped my Complimentary breakfast. Not big issue they can arrange early. hotel is following rules even I don't have any complain about that. But they can arrange early it is not a business we are doing on earth but some duties we should Play for humanity also. It's ok overall Nice hotel
