This hotel is best in terms of room hygiene, staff and room decor. It is best for solo stays. Special thanks to Mr. Nomesh for his cooperation. Scope of improvement is there in hotel services but overall it was a worthy stay.

Central locations, food is good, staff is good . clean room as well and laundry services are also available as required.

The property is located just adjacent to the main road, yet free from chaos. One can feel the comfort vibe right from the entry door itself. The rooms are spacious. Clean linens cozy beds and seating arrangement. Most importantly well behaved staffs, may it be managerial or non-managerial. Broad spaced underground parking and a great restaurant with wide choice.

The hotel staff provided excellent and professional service, and the food was delicious. Overall, everything was fabulous — keep up the great work!

Hotel Solitaire @ Raipur needs major overhaul in customer service & housekeeping to avoid losing customers 1. No hand towel or soap or handwash in washroom!! 2. Shaving & toothbrush kit not available & given after enquiring!! 3. Hotel water during shower in morning is a rare phenomenon & even after informing front desk no improvement!! 4. Breakfast was supposed to be packed by 7am which was informed at reception previous evening - no information passed to morning duty staff @ reception which led to NO PACKED BREAKFAST while leaving for airport!! Front desk totally clueless These issues were not there even 4-5 months back as I am regular traveler to Raipur & stay @ this hotel but seems service has detoriated drastically and nobody is concerned

Had a wonderful stay at the hotel during my visit to Raipur. The staff was extremely courteous and welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, which made the stay very comfortable. I was also impressed by the quick service – whether it was room service or housekeeping, everything was prompt and efficient. Truly a pleasant experience, would definitely recommend!
