I had an opportunity to stay here for a night on one of my business travels. Pros: 1. Very close to the railway station, hardly 2kms, which takes 10 mins to reach, hence easily accessible. 2. Great Location, since located on the Godavari river ghat, and has a beautiful river view from the room as well as from the riverside area. 3. Located close to ISCON and Mahakaleshwar Temple, which can be explored simply by walking. 4. Beautiful Hotel campus. Cons: 1. Rooms need renovation, and the reception needs to be made larger to accommodate guests waiting. 2. Breakfast needs to improve by miles, both in quality and variety. Overall, a recommended option for staying in the city.

The facilities are pathetic. When I asked the cleaning room to clean the room and went out, they said they'll do it with dummy key. Once I'm back at around 11PM, still the room was not cleaned. The staff was bluffing and the services provided were pathetic. I don't choose this property again..

The stay was amazing with a river view in the morning and evening. The washroom and the fixtures had to be modernized. The linen and the extra bed must be given atleast a foldable cot. The toiletries must be given adequately as to the number of persons. The remaining hospitality is good. The in-house dining experience was not good. When the restaurant is called for order they don't pick up the phone.

We stayed in classic room and we had opted for only room so it was good, big neat and clean and 3 adults can sleep in that room comfortably. But the bathroom was little smelly otherwise it was fine. The behaviour of staff was ok. Parking available and even if u have an EV vehicle then u can definitely charge there. So that is like a plus point for EV chargers. It's near the river and the morning view is awesome. So definitely a good stay

The property location is excellent with a pleasant view of river in the morning and evening. The in house restaurant is very good food with indian, continental and chinese. All the amenities are good except the western toilets of more than 30 years old l. To conserve water if the latest commode is put to get the best rating.

Room maintainance is poor some where I felt it’s not upto the mark . Food is also below average. It’s not a Pleasant experience for me.

Only one thing good about this property is location. Rest everything will make you feel you have come to some long forgotten place. Cupboards are always open walls even roofs have stain marks. Furniture looks very aged and in very bad condition. AC was almost broke, somehow it was managing to cool. Toilets have stains and shower head was broken. There is a distinct smell. Even the bed headboard was having dust. Lighting is very poor. Swimming pool was having green water full of algae growth, still people were swimming in it. Food is unnecessary costly. Over all a below average stay. Not at all recommended.

Food is excellent and all other all services is Good but Room and toilets are bad maintenance pls take care Neatness

I had good experience there but they did not provided benefits they provide to offline booking like water world etc.overall it was good but little bit disappointing.

Rooms were not neat and I got an insect in food ordered into room and lot of mosquitoes were there and washroom is not neat

The hotel's atmosphere was good but the room maintenance was not good , hotel maintenance was not there, and restaurant food prices were too high,without our food order there we did not give a plate if we asked.

Great place but not well maintained. Rooms can be enhanced. Food is good . No pet food is available in the morning

property is old. Best thing is that it is besides the Godavari. view wise good but due to water, mosquito problems. Staff is OK OK. After room service, not replaced used cups and glasses. Manager behavior is not good
