Clean room and good area, I like it and also good service mind👍🏻❤️

I had booked The Evergrand palace in Rajkot and I had the worst truly horrible experience with the rooms, the cleanliness, the hygiene and the bathroom hygiene. It has very small rooms it does not meet any requirements of a medical person and if you want to get sick please go visit The Evergrand palace hotel in Rajkot because it has the worst rooms. We had booked it through *********** and we accidentally paid the whole amount before looking at the rooms and we didn’t find it acceptable and rooms were in a bad condition bed sheets were not washed properly and the shower was black and dirty and so many unhygienic conditions were there in the room we didn’t find not get our full refund back even after requesting to the hotel and *********** we got a partial refund and as per *********** we were supposed to get a full refund from the hotel which they denied because we did not even stay for 1 night in the hotel and they cut 13,000 inr for I don’t know what reason… so I request people to please consider your hotel bookings very very carefully because The Evergrand palace hotel is not the best hotel in Rajkot we had a very terrible experience with the rooms and the hygiene that they are maintaining in the hotel so I don’t recommend anyone who is living abroad and in India to book Evergrand Palace hotel as your accommodation in Rajkot!

Don’t be fooled by the images — the reality is nothing like the photos. The condition of the hotel is far worse than advertised. I honestly have no idea how this place is rated as a 4-star property; based on my experience, it wouldn’t even qualify as 1 star. The standards are shockingly low, and the actual state of the rooms and facilities is completely misrepresented. My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The first room I was given had a terrible smell, so I requested a room change — only to find that the next room was no better. There was no toilet roll, no hand wash, and the towels were old and dirty. Dust was everywhere, and the shower door didn’t even close properly, causing water to spill all over the rest of the bathroom. The bed sheets were old and clearly not clean, and the sofa was worn out with damaged armrests. It’s obvious that management has completely neglected the property and is more interested in taking advantage of market demand than providing even basic standards of cleanliness or comfort. When I tried to complain, the staff simply told me, “If you don’t like the room, we have people waiting to take it.” There was no apology, no concern, and no attempt to address the issues. Overall, this was an unacceptable experience, and I left feeling frustrated, unheard, and deeply disappointed.

Extremely filthy. Stained bedsheets, blanket covers, towels, stinking bathroom dirty bathroom dirty common bathroom on ground floor breakfast not good i will never recommend this to anyone just for a night also as u can get other good hotel at this price. The entrance has nice ganesh murti &u get pleaset smell but as soon as u enter the room it's horrible experience

Small prison like claustrophobic room with window facing big wall, terrible room service- you have to ask for small things like towel, toilet paper, sugar-free, shaving kit- basic emminities not provided and icing of the cake- staff carrying attitude. A good example what an hotel must not do

Room is fine but food taste needs to be improved. Restaurant dining service does not look like having any professionalism. You have to take water by self from ro by walking there, no one will be there to understand or ask if you need anything.

The room is amazing the best hotel in rajkot the service is amazing and they are very kind the pillows are comfy and the bed mattress is amazingly soft if u go visit here ur not just going to like it but ur going to love it this is an amazing place for dates too.

Room size was small but ok for a single person. Food was tasty and hygienic. Staff was very polite and humble.
