嗶嘶酒店(Bizz the Hotel)

We stayed in Bizz in Jan 2024, and we had 4 rooms on the second floor. Rooms were clean & spacious. All the staff in Bizz were so welcoming & helpful. Bizz was situated on Yagnik Road, which is very convenient for shopping. The food was lovely & and the restaurant staff were good. When we required anything, from housekeeping, they were very efficient. I would like to say thank you to Nasir, the duty ***ager. He was so polite, helpful & very kind. We will definitely be coming back to this hotel.

Booing was accepted so left bags at hotel to be transferred to room while hubby going treatment to hospital. Upon return were informed no booking. They could see my hubby in pain and needed rest. We had to do a new booking at a much higher rate that also without breakfast. Call this HOSPITALITY??? The room allocated - there was continuous noise - dogs barking, traffic throughout the night and could not sleep. Had to go down to reception to info the same. They said they can't stop the dogs barking. The following day we were thrown out of the breakfast room- A Shah

The hotel reception has a lovely modern setting, the hotel is clean. However for the name of the hotel and the reputation it should be having it is a very standard hotel. The rooms were very clean but for the price the whole experience was average. The staff were helpful. There was a situation where the AC stopped working in the midst of 36 degrees at 4am and we wernt able to get AC all night. However, I won’t go into the details as the hotel did offer us an extra free night and accommodated to our requests. They did really try to fix the issue. Overall I would come back but do not expect anything luxurious for the price you are paying it is a very standard hotel. It is nice and clean!

A senior citizen entering the main door has nobody to help with his luggage or no one attends the heavy glass door. And be careful, there is a step at the door itself! The Staff providing room service is very helpful. But the staff in the breakfast dining room was quite slow and somewhat reluctant to provide food choices. Monday morning breakfast was a-la-carte and not buffet. Cleanliness and ambience are excellent. The central Room AC system is quite good and efficient. The plumbing system pipelines are surely exposed to scorching heat outside in the terrace – because I got extremely hot water in both the Hot and the Cold streams. They may need to insulate the cold water pipes too!

Sincerely thos was the best experience of hospitality i ever experienced during my trip to india, i got a very high value flexible service at such a reasonable rates at bizz hotel in rajkot. It qas wonderful attention from miss shilpa at reception including her whole team that was provided for me. From breakfast, and dinning as well. Clean room at standards higher th3n expected. There’s a lovely Resturant at this hotel called Reflexions with a great array of dishes to choose from - went with family to have dinner - great service with some delicious dishes. Got to try the ***churian dry and the butter paneer dishes, for dessert try the sizzling chocolate brownie with ice cream mmmmmm… 😋

We decided to go to this hotel to avoid the noise but the hotel turned out to be noisy; noise from the street; noise from the restaurant around which all second-floor rooms are located. There is also noise from western rock music constantly playing in the lobby. How about Sitar or soothing western music? The towels are flimsy. The good points are the excellent reception desk staff. The restaurant staff is also nice. I have no problems with lower-paid staff. The problem is with the location and possibly with upper ***agement. I recommend this hotel over the Imperial Palace Hotel, which is noisier and has unresponsive ***agement staff. The price of Hotel Bizz is lower. Overall, it is satisfactory but can be improved.

I booked this hotel for a large group in December. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The rooms were large and spacious and fully AC. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast had a great variety as did dinner. Highly recommend this hotel, good access to shops and food. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable.

The executive room was spacious. Food choices could have been better and staff more courteous. On the whole it was an okay stay.
