It was our wedding night and the room that we booked at first was a king size bedroom and the hotel is super nice that got us upgraded to stay in a suite. The room is super clean and spacious, they also got coffee and tea in hotel lobby, it’s one of the best hotels I ve ever stayed, super recommended!!!

This property was rated 9/10 on *******. To me that's a great hotel stay and experience. This is not that. Checking in at almost 10:00 PM was pleasant and smooth. 1 elevator only, and a tired one at that. Yes, it's only 3 floors - but still... Breakfast "buffet" for $10 - I checked out at 5 AM so I don't even know what they serve but a Sheraton not offering a free breakfast seems cheap to me. Breakfast was clearly not offered or included when I booked so this was not a surprise to me - but still... Room was fairly large and quite dark, old and, once again, tired looking. A/C worked intermittently and sounded like a plane landing when it did kick in. Not a bar of soap or liquid soap in the room - they provide ONE, yes ONE, packaged wet wipe that turns soapy when wet to wash your hands. Good thing there was no coffee available either... Beds/Quilts/pillows - all decent. Plenty of USB and plug options in the room. Overall - I'd give it a 5.5/10, certainly no 9/10 though.

I had a bigger two bed room that I shared with some friends. The hotel was clean, tidy, and mostly quiet. The hand soap bottle was empty which I found a little odd. WiFi speeds were artificially capped to less than 10Mbps which was a little frustrating when I wanted to watch YouTube on the TV. The breakfast isn't included, and I'd recommend getting breakfast elsewhere since it definitely wasn't worth $11 + tip. I would stay here again in the future.

The rooms were nicely appointed and the entire facility was extremely clean. The staff were friendly and engaging. Our only issue was that the water pressure on the shower was probably the worst I’ve ever experienced, and the water temp was lukewarm at best. Taking a cool shower when it’s 24 degrees outside was very unpleasant and it was impossible to do any hair washing with the lack of pressure.

Room was clean, quiet, and spacious. The staff were friendly and accommodating. They don't offer every day cleaning, but you have the ability to schedule additional cleanings, which is the only small downside. In a nice area, easy enough to drive into downtown and surrounding areas, no major drawbacks, good value.

We had a suite and the room was giant and had an awesome bar, refrigerator and bar sink but no microwave. Usually a room with that type of a set up has a microwave for heating food and we had some restaurant leftovers we would have liked to be able to eat later but ended up throwing it away.

A lot space in the room，location is good。the only problems I I have is service is on request based, room is not sound proof so kind noisy at night when neighbors walking and using bathroom.

My husband and I stayed there after attending a Hurricanes game. It was close to the arena and a good restaurant. We enjoyed the walk to both places. Will definitely stay rhere agiain.

The room smelled stale. The lighting was poor in the room. There was not a microwave. We opted to go offsite for breakfast. After looking at there's, we decided it was not worth the money. The bar area was comfortable. The beds were comfortable.
