拉默納谷旅館(Ramona Valley Inn)

Excelente lugar, muy acogedor y tranquilo

No toilet paper

Not fancy but clean. It is decently priced and in a convenient location. The only drawback is that it's noisy because it is right on Main street of town and there is a lot of traffic. Also, since it is a older renovated hotel the noise travels through walls and floors. The guest upstairs walked back and forth to the restroom all night =(

I paid for four nights, was locked out the first two nights! I'm disabled, so i had to wait for them to bring me a new key twice!!! My TV NEVER DID WORK!!! ROOM 119

It was ok but j was upset. Because the water for the shower was cool and the 2 nights we stayed there

The gentleman helping us during check-in was very friendly & polite. He handed us our room keys & we went to our assigned room. Unfortunately, we walked into a very messy bed, trash/recycle was full of cans & I was worried the previous guest were still there. We were thrown off from that. We quickly returned to the lobby to inform the gentleman who helped us & he was apologetic. Assigned us to a new room which was on the other side of the property. Thankfully it was cleared & cleaned (from what we saw). I noticed though, that the brown blanket under the top covers still had stains on them & it was unpleasant to see right before going to bed feeling a little grossed out. Next morning, we get a knock at the door from housekeeping, I guess she thought we had already checked out from the room & just reminded us check-out is at 11am (mind you, it was like 8:45am when they knocked & we were fully aware of 11am to check-out). My fiancé & I were confused by that… So we pack everything up, get ready for the day & are aware of the time as we go. We even had our front curtains open so housekeeping are aware we’re still inside. By 10:50am, another knock at the door, & it’s the same lady reminding us again about 11am as if she was rushing us out. That was one thing that didn’t sit well with us. We feel they need to have a better system with keeping track of which rooms are fully vacant & when the guests have left, to not rush everyone out. Her approach was rude & uncalled for

Parking is very limited and tight parking conditions. A long bed or 3/4 ton could struggle getting into a spot. Otherwise you have to park in the street. Location seems very convenient. Rooms are very clean with updated contemporary furnishings. The price is right, i would stay here again.

The room was clean and it had a nice television. The shower had good pressure and nice hot water. Soap, shampoo, and lotion for two was provided. I knocked off a couple of stars for the overall condition of the building and it’s location. Someone knocked on my door at about 8pm.

Started at the inn for a friend’s wedding before starting a cross country trip. This stay was perfect to allow us to relax prior to starting our trip with dogs.
