Service and room cleanliness needs to be significantly improved ***** with amenities served as a part of the stay

Services are very poor, power cut is the main concern. Food is ok, but too much power cut in rooms.

We reached the hotel at 1. 30 pm as our train was late. The reception was the worst ever. We booked a suit for 2 adults and 2 children. However they gave us a small room in which the bed can accommodate only 2 people. When we asked for extra bed, we received a mattress to be put on floor. The master bed mattress is also broken with wires from the spring popping out. The tv didn’t had any connection. They wanted to repair once we checked in. Also there is no wi-fi. While we booked for 4 people, towels provided were for 02 people only.

Wifi was not working properly tv was not working faced issue in service as well. Dental kit not provided. After 2 reminders they delivered

It was pleasant staying at arya hotel. Whole staff and ambience made me feel at home also hospitality and food was great. Would love to come back and explore more. The whole experience of staying at hotel arya was mind boggling. Thanks

It was comfortable, rooms were clean, staff was friendly, food at the restaurant in the hotel was delicious.
