Nice hotel. Nice swimmingpool for the kids. But out of center of Rantepao. It is possible to walk. We had a guide and driver to tour through Toraja.

Everything good except the breakfast is poor and no variety.

Nice hotel with rooms in traditional Tongokan Houses. Rooms clean. Hotel is very old and it seems that is hasn’t been renovated. Water shortages several times per day, for that we couldn’t always flush the toilet after usage. Shower was not always possible too, due to problems with the water pump. Breakfast ok.

Struttura con costruzioni tipicamente indonesiane e confortevoli.Immerso nella natura ovviamente un pò isolato ma in un contesto bellissimo e carico di autenticità. Spazi comuni gradevoli, le stanze erano spaziose, il bagno anche e un bel balcone attrezzato con poltroncine. Sicuramente necessaria più manutenzione (comunque negli standard indonesiani). Personale gentile. La cucina con poca tradizione e un pò scarna nella scelta.

Un hôtel plein de charme dans le pur style Toraja. Beaucoup de charme, très bel environnement, 1 grand piscine, de grandes chambres, avec de bons lits, à quelques minutes du centre ville. Repas sur place possible, carte avec 1 carte ''reduite'' mais variée et bien cuisinée. Petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet, varié et copieux. Certains diront que l'hôtel est vieillissant, sur certains côtés cela est vrai certes, mais il est propre, personnel sympathique, et cela contribue aussi à son charme. Nous recommandons.

Très bel hôtel qui manque cruellement d entretien mais c est compensé par de beaux espaces et un service aux petits soins, avec du personnel toujours a la recherche de faire plaisir. Les chambres sont spacieuses en revanche sonores nous avions une chambre en bas et nos enfants en haut ce qui était idéal pour une famille mais peut être pas si d autres gens. La piscine est agréable en fin de journée mais un peu fraîche. Le restaurant est bon et la terrasse agréable. Merci pour votre attention pour l anniversaire de notre fille de 2 ans

Accueil agréable, architecture dans le style Toraja. l'endroit est joli avec de belles constructions et un jardin luxuriant.En point négatif l'état vieillissant et peu entretenu de l'hôtel, sanitaires et robinetterie. Le restaurant n'est pas typique mais reste correct en qualité et prix.plus de bar depuis le COVID....en conclusion un hôtel qui a connu des heures plus glorieuses .....on reste un peu déçu en partant car il y a tout pour en faire un endroit d'exception.

This hotel was probably very luxurious when built but now suffers from a lack of maintenance. But there might not be any better options. The standard room was very rundown and the hall to the building was dirty so was upgraded to a superior room which was much better. Breakfast was average - typical Indonesian but with nice ginger soup on one day. Better fruit selection than usual but it disappeared on the last day. Lovely swimming pool and decent massage

The staff were friendly and breakfasts were good. We stayed 6 nights and most of those we were the only guests there. The evening meal ( which we had included travelling with Bamboo travel) was from a fixed menu, it had a good choice of local and international food ( local was the best) and portions were very generous. The bar and spa were closed and we didn’t use the pool as didn’t see any maintenance going on. The room was ok. There was an issue with hot water which they did fix quickly. WiFi was good in the lobby. The hotel could be amazing, it’s clearly suffered during the covid years and in need of maintenance which was sad to see.
